I'd cry, probably. Then I'd finish getting my (almost) dream red/black outfit (since 57-99 slayer, plus another 99, in three days, is pretty much impossible), take a crapload of screenshots of everything... And move on.

What is his max hit, out of curiosity? He never hit over 50 or so on me despite him hitting me several times, and if the monster examine is to be trusted, he can't hit over 68 if you're properly equipped. In light of that, and the fact that you hit 115 hp after Saradomin brew, and that he's slow enough for you to drink two doses of potion easily, he can't even kill you with two max hits in a row. And the chance of him hitting that is slim, especially when he has a 50-50 chance of using the attack that's not being protected against... Monster examine lies. He hits 100+ (115+? :D), apparently. (me? get to jad? pffff I wish. I've gotten to the first 180 wave, that's all.)

Try going back to where you found him before this. Backtracking when lost is always a good idea. :thumbsup:

Dude, where do you think the guides come from? :roll: In this case, maybe hours of trial and error? ... Okay, not quite sure if you understood what I meant. The guides have to come from somewhere. SOMEONE has to do the quest and MAKE the guide. And before the guide is finished + put up, it's not available. Therefore, people have to make do without and do it without a guide. Even the devil-quests. I'm just kinda wondering whether the guy I quoted gets that the guides aren't sent from Jagex... at least, I think they aren't. :lol:

Haha yeah. I'm trying for a quest cape (you know... eventually. Probably get it some time after the next grandmaster quest XD) and I use guides simply because I want to get to the STORY already. Yeah, the traps are fun and plot relevant... but I'm on a time limit here 'cause I have a bad habit of playing late at night and my mumsie is Not Amused about that. So no, I have no time to putz around trying to figure out traps. It's a story. It's a huge, constantly evolving story. And it's awesome. But GOD I hate running around like a chicken with its head cut off!
