This update year is the best thing that happened to Runescape. Jagex is making real, helpful, and fun updates that have been suggested and wanted by it's players for a long time.

He asked: I don't see anything about drop potential, so if you are indeed asking what negative bonus you need to always fail destroyon just try the dummies in Lumbridge or get behind the fence near the Al-Kharid gate in full metal armour and stuff like that. Uses curses or any spell like that until you manage to hit one and then change target. Drop potential is the only thing that air strike's good for. If you want easy xp, get a mudstaff, which can auto-curse, (it used to be able to, at least), wear full rune, and curse cows from behind the fence. However, that's still not a cheap or fast way to raise mage, so the only good reason to want to fail is drop potential.

Hey, update time. Finals are over, and I just started Track. So yes, I'll be on less, but still playing strong :P . I'm crafting natures to 54 rc (I have about 1.5k left, and I have nat tabs), crafting laws to 59 for double cosmics, and then doing double cosmics until 65 or I get enough money to be happy. I'll also post MTK stuff soon.

Do something other than crafting. If you're getting members, then you can get the crafting level you need in probably half the time with less cash. Do something else, like fish, wc, or fm. Personally, I'd go with wc and fm, even though it bores you.

Smith steel platebodies from bought ores, or don't alch, and superheat instead. It's a bit slower, but you can break even/profit, and you get more xp overall because of the smith xp.

Actually, I'm pretty sure this isn't about training magic, but about getting drop potential. Non-Multi Hotspot + two people in full rune using airstrike = lots of safe drop potential. As mage is not considered a "fun" weapon, this is the easiest and safest way to get drop potential now. (Btw, all the way back into the Ham dungeon is a very good place to do this, as it's a hotsppot and usually quite empty)

I don't get it. Why didn't they just make the already released versions of Vista faster instead of wasting their time making something else? Umm... the upcoming SP2 for Vista isn't making it better?

You can only stay on a server for 6 hours. Says who? ;) That's not true. There's no time limit, and you can stay on 24 hours a day if you really want to. This was the best mod post I could find on PvP, maybe you should check it out: 45-46-959-58043944

Either you weren't skulled, you didn't turn the prayer off, or you turned the prayer off while dying. All of these would cause you to keep it, and I highly doubt that it was a bug.

If you mean drop potential, then no. It will stop causing any better drops after around 8 hours, but if you store it up, you can get several kills without exhausting it. Otherwise... time on a PvP world? no. You can stay on any server as long as you'd like.

Wearing full rune and air striking yields maybe 2-3 hits every 10 minutes, so it's pretty good, and the regular hp regeneration rate covers the damage. There's no specific mage bonus at which you stop hitting, and it's always possible.

Air runes with gloves to level 30, and then Earth runes with gloves to 50. From level one, it takes 1,337 (I'm not kidding :P ) essence crafted into airs with gloves to get 30, and then 6,767 Earth runes with gloves to get to 50 from 30.
