Go to Bandos with some clannies/friends.

Claws are better than EE, definately, but only use them if you can truly afford them (have all desired herb/prayer levels you need to kill TDs efficiently).

^ I'd rather use a Torso when PKing... But otherwise for slayer, Bandos plate is indeed better, not only for increased range defence from tasks such as daganoths, but also for prayer bonus while (you should be) using Piety.
