If anything involves me, an unbalanced trade in someone else's favor, and lots of money or expensive things, the scam alarm automatically starts beeping in my head. That's pretty much the extent of me partaking in any of these doubling money trades and "games" people bet on. Also, on an interesting side note, I have never been scammed! What a coincidence!

Alrighty thanks. Looks like it's better to stab them then. Anyone else have input on the soul wars cape vs. ardy cape 3? Prayer potions are fairly cheap, and will probably go down even more after the weekend.... I only have a 13+ prayer bonus with ardy cape 3 and bandos, where as a +19 bonus with a soul wars cape. That extra 6 stab is nice though..

I agree with Green. Also, your posts are sometimes hard to follow with all the grammatical errors and run-on sentences. OT: I just leveled construction from 71-75 in 40ish minutes through BNXP weekend. I had all my planks and money in the bank, and used the wieldable hammer. This left me with only a saw in my inventory. I used a butler and timed it right so I would run out of planks whenever he returned with more. When he wants money, just click pay him from bank (You don't even have to "continue" through the following message). Just right click him and select get last order. After a few practice runs, you will get it down and it will go fast.

For slaying black dragons would I use a soul wars cape or ardy 3? The reason I ask is because I am wondering if I should use Korasi's Sword to stab them with (ardy 3 has +6 stab). Is the loss of +6 prayer bonus worth it for the +6 stab? Those questions are of course based off of the answer to the question of rather I should stab them or whip them? Btw, I don't have a rapier, Korasi's is the best I have. ~Thanks in advance. EDIT: I guess this question also applies for steel/iron tasks. So your input on the above questions for those dragons would be helpful as well.

The game crashes because of your computer. I've run it perfectly for the last 10 years with only ONE incident of an error report running. This isn't about being pedantic, you're on a quest, and maybe, just maybe, you might actually need to look for clues? You are correct. Make sure you have done everything you can. If you seriously think there is a bug, then submit a bug report. I doubt there is a bug though since countless other people have finished the quest.

I PC for my commendation points, but it's just that I'd rather use barrows gloves for training :x if I don't get a deflector, I'll end up needing to use void gloves which would mean a loss in dps due to the shield slot being fairly moot for range offense. I'm pretty sure you get more out of a deflector if you utilize it for a plate spot such as black dhide or arma.

Ok yeah I think I will use a bgs for specing, considering they are very cheap now anyway (can always sell right after I use it). I also plan on using a kyatt. Should I wear black dhide or elite void though for the fight? So ruby bolts are the best then? Use them the whole time or should I switch over to something like diamond ones when he gets to a certain point? Considering also just using the bgs to melee him...so meh.

Ok, so I already know about all his special attacks, using the pillar, and all that good stuff. My question is how should I kill him? I hear ranged is pretty good, but I have heard z spear is good as well. If it helps, I DO have full elite void ranged (this drops if I die and I can just get it from my grave right?). Also, should I use brews/restores? They are super inflated right now, so I am thinking about waiting for the bnxp weekend to be over, and they should go down in price as everyone floods the market with their newly created potions... I know this topic is old, and this is a tiny bit off topic, but I wish that Jagex would let you know when the account was created. I would really like to know. I started playing a lot in 2007, but I am pretty sure that I made the account long before that, I just can't remember lol...

Interesting articles. I doubt they would ever institute "cheating" servers, but you never know I guess. Personally I have liked the past RuneScape updates. Jagex seems to be listening to players a lot more imo, but we will see... Also, in the DYK, it should be "etc.," not "ect." Et cetera, not ec tetera.

Get a fury, regardless of price. Keep it and never sell it. It's that good. Although, I agree that it would be better to buy now. The demand will go up AFTER bnxp weekend.

I once got reported for being sarcastic that could be taken as asking for personal details out of context. I eventually got it removed, but I have learned to never be sarcastic with stupid people around. So, basically everywhere except with close friends. Gots to be careful!

Yeah seriously. How many times does Jagex have to say that they will NEVER send an email asking you to log in somewhere for a ban/mute/message/etc. They ALWAYS use the in RuneScape message box for those things.

This guy already decided he hated RuneScape and every other MMO before he even tried it. And to be honest now that I think back on it, I feel like I had more fun back when I had no clue what to do. A feeling of exploration and excitement you know? The only thing I can say I really enjoy are the quests now mostly. Aside from hanging out and talking with friends.

i love pking, but i am mainly a f2per, i really got into p2p but the wilderness isnt the same with all these new weapon s prayers n stuff, look im only 52 prayer haha, even if i get defence i could probs still pk easily, pking is based on luck after all Not just luck. You have to have some know-how as well. Like me, I wouldn't last two seconds in the wild. If I were you, I would get your defence/prayer up. Like you said, you could still do some PKing as well.

Just wondering how to get the fastest points for it. Is there a specific world I should go to, and what about easy/med/hard boats?
