70 prayer, get it IF you go to GWD or major monster hunting when blessing graves is a must. Unless you really want Piety ;) If not... Get 68 Summoning, while trading in pouches for more shards. It should be more help for you later. Forgot to say, if you have only used it once and just because you were testing it out, watch the prices and sell when you think is the right time.

Yes, I've re-read the first post, but there weren't any notes on safespots... It's universally known as a safespot, so those pictures are invalid. Because Edgeville is Tip.It's main spot it's way too easy to spot there and be spotted, Grand Exchange is bad enough.
