Bit of an update. I got it to load the login in ~10 minutes now, but I still cannot do anything without being kicked off of the game.

I've been spending the last five days fixing up this computer. It's 5 years old and until I defragged it and fixed it all up, it ran like [cabbage]. Now, it works great. Except I cannot get runescape to work properly. It takes me 20-30+ minutes to load the login page, and another 10 to login and try to do something before it force disconnects me after massive waiting times. Can anyone offer any help?

Ok, so I'm going to open with how it happened. I'm not the most careful of people, and ended up dropping my laptop a couple times. This is all fine and dandy until two wires come off from the power button. Now it doesn't work. I could still use the beast, but If it turned off/went to sleep, I'd be [bleep]ed six ways from Sunday. Well, that's what happened when I went out last night. Someone in my house unplugged my laptop from the extension cord it was on, and it died. tl;dr: Laptop [bleep]ed due to 2/3 of the wires in a button Here are some pictures for reference: The laptop as viewed when open (Power button is on the right in this view): The Power Button of my laptop: This one may be hard to see. It's showing that one of the three wires (the red one) is still connected to the button, while the other two (Beige? and Black) are not. Can anyone provide any degree of help? Or should I wait and turn it over to professional help?

I thought the update was 100% perfect. i say remove the Torso's str bonus. It doesn't need it. just whiny asswipes like you demand it. Got a reason or are you just trolling? Yeah. JaGeX needs to stick by the changes it makes. enough of this 'we pay we say' bullcrap

JaGeX shouldn't have changed it back. It was a dumb thing to do, as it just proves, like always, that the whiny people who either limit themselves or are too stingy to buy Bandos get rewarded for being that way. 'nuff said.

Quite frankly, I struggled a LOT at Nomad. 21, yes 21 attempts to seize victory. It wasn't a matter of not knowing what to do, it was a matter of him hitting hard constantly. This quest deserves Grandmaster. end of story.

Ok guys, I loved the Quest, and loved even more the Curses that came with it. While using them at Fight Caves, I noticed something. I was meleeing a 180 with the 360 a few squares away, completely visible. I saw the Guthan's effect on the 360 when I deflected some of it's magic damage back at it. pic related [hide=Epic Deflect Power][/hide]

Just barely managed to kill Jad for the first time, almost died twice. Once from the healers, and once from messing up a prayer switch. but i bested him [hide=woot][/hide]

It's already conclusive. the part of her statement 'Of the Fight Caves' implies that you can't kill regular Tzharr for the task.

Though Jad keeps killing me, just the deflect prayers from the 360s on make it go bay in about 30% less time, even damages Jad pretty well.

I've Played the following: FF1: Played the PS1 remake, been meaning to go back and play the original. I liked it. FF2: Same, I just don't want to replay it. Didn't care for it's lack of traditional leveling FF7: Best game of them IMHO. I still play it now. CCFF7: Great game as well, made me shed tears of manhoood at the end. FF8: Good game, coulda done better with the plot though FF9: Kuja = win FFX: Great game, second only to FF7 IMHO FFX-2: NO. This game was absolute junk. NEVER FORGET FFXII: Good game, great plot, Gambits made the game to easy. FFT: Fun game, annoyed me like hell when I couldn't *SPOILER* beat Velius at the end of Chapter 3*END* I had no saves before the castle he was in and had to start the game over. I grew up playing Final Fantasy, gonna play it till i die.
