    Last weekend I went to an anime convention called Anime Central, or ACen for short. Being my first time ever going it was really fun. There were so many cosplay outfits, so many venders, and lot of panels (both good and bad), that I decided for myself I would go back for the full weekend AND cosplay myself. Gonna cost me a lot of money but I enjoyed it that much. So prior to leaving Friday morning I was working hard to get 2 more 99's out the way. Here's the progress from that week.
     
    I had a Greater Demons task so decided I'd do Zamorak God Wars Dungeon. I'm pretty bad at bossing, so it took over the course of 3 days to complete it. But I got many drops for it.
     




     
     
     
    While there I got my 4th 99 in Range!
     

     
    I also got my first Dark Beast task, and with a dark bow drop (or two) got 92 Slayer.

     
    By Friday I was pushing to get 99 Constitution. Maybe it was because of the number of mobs I had but I was pretty lucky I got an easy task they gave enough exp for me to get it.

     
     
    So yeah Anime Central.
    It was fun. It wasn't as crowded as I expected, nor did it it seem as bad as I thought it would be. I expect a lot of sweaty 40 year old men and annoying people, or at best what E3 looks like. Instead peeps were nice and everyone was willing to take a pictures. There were tons of venders who sold art, toys, cosplay clothing, actual swords, doujins and hentai mangas, and video games on old and new systems. I was thinking about a JoJo Bizarre Adventure Doujin but decided on a print instead.
     

     
    There was no way I could explain why I have yaoi to my mother.
    I went to a few panel discussions that were held. The more popular shows like Attack on Titan and Kill la Kill filled up quicky to my disappointment, meaning if you weren't in line an hour ago, you had to pray you were not the cut off. But some of the panels I got into were really good. There was onw panel ran by a professional writer that talked about different story types and discussed how our favorite mangas/animes did them so well. It was mostly for people who wanted to write, be it professional or fanfictions. My boyfriend was thinking about writing and we had time to kill so we went there. We also went to a Mega Man panel that talked about the games and bosses. In the panel we made our own Mega Man boss and the room voted for the best one for prizes. Well, I didn't. I know nothing about Mega Man and again went with my boyfriend. There were a few 18+ panels, including one run by Funimation, which justifies the rating, especially when you play a game called Name Dem [cabbage]. So many boobies...
     
    Some panels were okay. I went to a RWBY one that was made more for introducing the anime. However, 95% of the people there knew RWBY like the back of their hands so after a short introducing about the show we did some fan speculation discussion and talked about events in the show. It was okay but there were some errors in it. The speaker speculated Ruby and Yang could be cousins when Monty on Twitter confirmed they are not step-sisters or cousins.
     
    That said it was way better than the Pokemon panels, which was a huge unorganized gathering of fanboys/girls.
     
    I took as many pictures as I could, and looking back on them I can tell you is half RWBY/Kill la Kill. They had cosplay photo shoots were everyone who cosplayed as a character from a certain show went to specific location, and with someone in the crowd directing them, did different poses. Some were sloppy, some were organized, and some were borderline professional.
     
    Because of the borderline nudity in some of the cosplay I have uploaded only a few pictures, but the rest will be available in my Photobucket album I will link. Or at least as many as I can upload...

    All in all it was great. So much so I wanna go back next years in cosplay! I never expected RWBY to be so popular out of the gate, so I'm gonna do a cosplay from there. It won't be special, just a cosplay of a Grimm, the Ursa Major, but man it will be fun. After I get over the initial hurdle of making my Grimm bear costume.
     
    And ideas on how to do that forum? :D

    A Slayer Loot Tab

    Last week I've decided to start a slayer loot tab. Normally I ignore drop unless they look good, then I usually sell them off and somehow blow the money off. So instead, I've started a loot tab. Lots of players have these and their tab is crazy wealth. So people claim "Oh, a lot of those items would have been worth so much more if you sold them when...", but really, it fun to collect and see just how much you can get in a number of task. So I started a google doc spreadsheet (got to complex in excel and I cba) off the drops I pick up. A lot of it is really monster dependent. I don't pick Adamant chainbodies from Waterfiends, but the metal dragons don't drop much outside bar of their type, so I cart of the Adamant swords and such. Oh and I got this on a slayer task.

    I missed 90 hp on another task, and if you noticed, I got me a new toy (Royal xbow)
     
    In other news I finished my first PoP scroll and have moved on to the second. I've decided to go for a melee on despite not having the smithing level and not getting a plate mission ever. I'll be getting fishing to 85 and fletching as soon as I finish dungeoneering, which it I actually dung, will be today. I started with the body and already got 1 piece. And I'm 8/10 bones from scrimshaw supply ready.

    Divination!

    I dislike divination more than agility. But I need it for a quest. so what do ya do?
     
    You suck it up and turn on Modern Family.
     
    So first off, before I really started divination, I took some time off to goof around and kinda sorta boss. Which, turned out to be a good thing.
     

     
    If I was being completely honest, I walked into that kill as my first. They had been going for three kills already. But hey, phree 20m (10m of which I paid back to Jason because of stuff). In between divination I did slayer with my newly won Abyssal Demon mask and man, I tell you, I love these little snots.
     

     
    And I might have completed a task set, I dunno...

     
    The real progress; however, come in the levels I tried to power through before Fate of the Gods and even after quest release.

    With 75 divination done, I decided I should be getting my quest cape back. But I really only had the energy for one quest. Well, why not get One of a Kind out of the way.
     

     
    Fun fact, I completed the last three fight sequences in skrimisher with arma coif, the white stag bow, and 40 steel arrows. I am so pro.
     
    All in all, a sorta good week. Tomorrow, I hope to do Fate of the Gods!

    It's okay if you don't know what these headbands mean. But right now, the most nerdy thing has interrupted my life. I'm talking about Humans Verse Zombies, aka HvZ. Explaining HvZ here would take a while, so I encourage my readers (which to my knowledge is just Kaida) to read all about it on Wiki if they wanna know what it is about. I am actually happy about this game. At first, I wasn't gonna play, but I signed up at the last minute and then willingly died to become a zombie. KILL ALL HUMANS!
     
    On another note, I totally forgot steel bars require 2 coal ores. In any event I mine 2k for my friend, but with steel prices dropping I don't know how he's gonna make a lot of money.
     
    I was also planning to mine to 80, or 35k irons ores, or 35k coal. But after losing a duel to a clan mate with 68 range, I decided to break and do some range. So 60 range, 80 mining, then 80 defense. And by the way.

    It's been a while since I've updated, and I don't even remember all I did. But I remember most so let's get it.
     
    I did Fate of the Gods, but failed to do the newest quest.

     
    I got sorta bored afterwards so decided I'll do slayer until I feel like stopping.
     

     
    Then I realized it is possible for me to get 99 Slayer and 2400 total at the same time, given my current levels. So I decided I'll try that because while not original, it would be cool to do still. So I'll be range slaying until then, and by time I get 99 slayer I'll have 2 more 99s under my belt (range/hp).
     
    I've been doing pretty good so far. And got some pretty decent drops to add to my loot tab.


     
    I even did a clue and got a pretty sweet fashionscape hat

     
    Speaking of Fashionscape I took advantage of the skiller weekend and did Pyramid Plunder. But not for xp.


     
    Of course now if I want 99 slayer/2400 total I can't afford to level up in any other skill, having gotten 92 thieving ( I was very close so I couldn't avoid it unless I didn't do pp). But hey, such the price I pay for 3/4 Black Ibis pieces.

    I haven't updated my blog in a while even after finishing TWW but that's because I'm a lazy blah...
     
    Still working on 80 base for my skills and I haven't made much progress except for 92 prayer but I have a good reason. In any event, I predict agility will be my next 80. I got 77 for RotM, then 78 through the wonders of Netflix, Arrested Development, and soon to be Futurama I'll be drying up my Skoll boots and pendants. I'm also close to the last crafting level I need for RotM. 56k to go. Good thing I have 4 1/2 seasons of Fry, Leela, and Bender left. So for the rest of this week and next week I'll be working on doing all the Seer' Village Task for the EEE and getting The Chosen Commander and RotM done, after which I'll get a new Bulmung.
     
    Now, the reason why I made so little progres in RS is because I got 3 new games in the last few weeks. I preorder Metal Gear Rising: Revengance and Tomb Raider. I also bought Okami HD for PSN so I'm currently playing the last game I got. I haven't gotten far into my games because I wasn't sure which one I'd start off with first, but after falling in love with the colors and music, I decided to stick with Okami longer than any of the other 3. In fact, when I get back to my dorm in about 2 hours, I'll be playing Okami. I might squeeze some Tomb Raider in there once I access Ryoshima Coast and Sei-an. I [cabbage] love the music there! Right now I have to enter Argata(?) Forest which to be honest, isn't my favorite place.
     
    Currently in Tomb Raider I have to go find a pack of wolves to get some kit back, but I haven't figured out how to get to the top of the mountain yet which proves I suck. As for Revengance, I'm just enetring the plant factory place. But I'll be making progress on that too.
     
    Anyway that's all. Lots of gaming, homework, and chicken this weekend.

    I did a lot of work this year, not as much as others but I made lots of process. Next year I hope to make more.

    In other news, I got 80 base. I finished off my last two skills while taking a break from prayer.


     
    Now I can go to 99 mining/smithing. I also won this off the wheel.

     
    I'm getting close to a year after getting P2P and I must stay I've made a lot of progress. When the even of May hit will finally see how much work I put in (or how much I didn't)

    Slowly working my way to 90+ while developing some type of normal schedule I can do day in and day out as I slay. So far I got Sinkholes, Big Chinchompa, and occasional Daily Profit .
     


     
    Then, I got paid. And bought Minecraft. And Runescape hasn't seen me in 3 days.
     
    But just what was I doing in Minecraft? Well, I was starting out my fun adventure of building stuff. If I built me a nooby little shack of love.

    So I moved to a new home in the swamps (outdated look)


    I spent time building a farm and found a monster spawner near my crib. But got terrible loot.


     
    All and all I've been enjoying Minecraft a lot. So Runescape might see less of me. However, I'm still working to 90+ all. Lets see if I can get there AND complete so Minecraft goals.

    Yes ladies and gents! That's m. With my degree. B.S in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences of The Ohio State University. I'm a big time college grad now. Yeah I don't have a job or much money, and I have $31k in student loans but still, this is a cause for celebration!
     
    Oh and here's some updates in RS for you. Currently I'm bossing for money to buy gold P2P. Here's what I got so far.

    I didn't get the 99 in the mining sign but that doesn't matter. I got the 99. I'm part of the cool kids clubhouse now! Untrimmed mining looks so good. <3
    Oh but we don't stop there. With 2/3 goals (90 thieving, 99 mining) complete Port were very nice to me in my final mining days. Full Death Lotus Scrolls and Tetsu Top/Bottom.

    Anyway, aside from being completely broke until I start my work study job Monday I bought 3 old new game. Got Dead Island for the PS3 used and got Star Wars: Force Unleashed for free. Yay for more game added to my "Will one day complete" collection. Also picked up Chrono Trigger for the DS to help with semi-afkable skills (and because I wanted it). Currently, I'm trying to finish up Final Fantasy III. I'm near the end but been lazy with it.

    I completed a few quest this weekend and one of them happened to be RotM and some dwarf quest.

     
    With 299 qp earned, once I get 80 smithing, I can seriously go for my cape. But I've been a bit lazy. Plus, I don't have as much time on RS during the week, so tend to forcus on D&D's and skilling. Speaking of skiiling.
     


     
    Hunter and smithing should be my next two 80's, then I have to go camp runespan and do warbands for 80 contruction. Then I have to figure out how I will level thieving. Not one of my favorite skills.

    So tomorrow (Monday), I have an interview with one of the financial firms I applied for an intership with. The interview will be for the fall semester, and I really want it. Sadly, they sent me a case study to do, and I have no idea about what to do. Well I mean I do but I'm really inexperienced in dealing with it. So I'm actually really nervous about my interview. There is no way to hide that I can not manage anyone's money yet. I haven't taken any financial classes yet (unless you count my one money and banking course).
     
    As such, I haven't been on Runescape much. Finals are coming up and I had a paper to do. But here are a few updates.

    So...I haven't really updated my blog because I didn't gain thieving levels (or any other level) to write home about. And that's because I've been too busy with the Battle of Lumbridge to care. Turns out I am easily tempted by costemics reward, and emotes. And some new hybrid armor would be nice for Tormented Demons (since I am a noob in void). So this is basically what I did after the Crown of Season event and now.

    So I've blogged in weeks because I'm a loser and lazy. I've been mostly doing school work and runescape whenever I can. anywho, I'm still working on my goal of 80+F2P skills/70+ P2P skill and I'm getting there, thou I've decided to just get 70+ for now in all skills. All my P2P goal except theiving, slayer, and fletch is met with dung and smithing being the only F2P left. I'll likely hold off on dung for as long as possible but meh. I've also decided I should become a quest cape noob since I do enjoy quest rewards. In my last post I mentioned something about Dominion Tower and getting in. Well, I did it. Having reached that fabled boss land I will now attempt to earn Goliath gloves. I need a whoile lost more quest which include Nomad. Not looking for to him.
     
    anywho, I don't feel like much of a post today but tomorrow I'll try to be more into my blog.

    97 Mining

    So I got pretty cool stuff since last update. I started off with 96 mining, only to get bored on my way to 97.

     
    I left, went monster hunting so I could pay for smithing, and while I didn't stay long got 38 kills in to get this

    Sometime later(like the next day) I went to Frost Dragons, got a hard clue, and got some crappy loot. But thanks to the Sara Wiz dropping me the Earth Batllestaff. Second clue ever.

     
    Decided meh, gonna go get 97 then monster hunt for cash, I ended last night with 84 cooking and 97 mining.

     
    If only I could call dibs on all mining effigies...
    My summer is almost ending. Well, August still counts but school is starting next week. I'll continue to work to both my 99's as a technical win however, I won't get them, or even mining before next Thursday. Oh well, I'll take that technical win. :D

    Ignore the generic "Keep it up!" response Tyler will write on this entry if he does I got some levels! And oh, turns out my computer is deciding to work now! Yay!
     
    For the past 3 days I have been trying to find the will to break 90 fishing but I could not. That is until this morning. 3 fish flingers games and 150k worth of iron focus I get my long awaited fishing level.

     
    That's not all! I also get 90 fletching!

     
    We are indeed making move. Next stop is 95 mining then a long haul to 90 thieving. Soon, soon shall I have my full Tetsu...

    Naw, jk. But it was kinda fun. Since I need 80 crafting and can't get it in a reasonable time with urns, I'll be bossing more. I eventually have to do A Love Story so ideallly that is my next quest to cape.
