  1. Never sell your bank off unless you plan to not use it for along time. Imo
  2. Maples, all it takes is one decent seed to really profit over the other two options. And you get chance at spirit seeds and eggs. Don't forget to crush your nests.
  3. Well typically people don't train with rune darts haha. But if it works, I got a ton of rune(p)'s from drops I'll use eventually so I can understand where you are getting at.
  4. Sounds about right, they are high level dragon with pretty strong defense. If your worried about the cost ranging and melee will profit especially if you bank the bones, but be much slower without some of the best gear (at least in terms of melee).
  5. Thanks, looks good I just wanted a written guide to really dig into it a bit. But I'll definitly be studying videos to learn prayer switching best I can.
  6. If you can't prayer switch you can't really beat Jad, unless you get lucky and do like a 10 second or less KO using multiple high level tactics. Doesn't matter if your 70 range or 99 range if you can't prayer switch you wont be jad.
  7. Looking for an up-to-date fight caves/jad guide, prefer one that talks about various methods, pictures, etc. I finally got the slayer task and figured now is as good as time as any to try the fight caves. Least if I mess prayers up I'll spend a considerable amount time less doing it. Thanks for any help.
  8. Skilling isn't generally considered a 'good' method of making money nowadays. Surely you can make money why skilling, but at the cost of being much slower. Why you worried about making money on your skiller 100M can go along ways... I mean even buying some of the most expensive 99's!
  9. Yes. And make sure you do it on a slow world. Really if I was you I wouldn't even try to solo hybrid first, I'd get a suicider or another hybrider, and then have another mage with you and teach you how to kill/lure rex. If you mess up down there it doesn't take but a wrong click to put you under. You got the stats to solo hybrid, especially if you got a decent setup gear wise, but things happen and having an experienced player there is key. If you do go solo hybrid make sure your mage is well skilled and lures rex before you go after prime. And if killing prime takes awhile switch to mage prayer BEFORE supreme shows otherwise he'll likely KO on his spawn. Good luck!
  10. It's possible to go five minutes without having to click on the screen with ivy. Usually its once a minute or so maybe longer. Honestly its so easy and CHEAP haha, but as said its probably the best way to train WC for experience purposes because of it's afk ability, if thats your thing then definitly ivy.
  11. Just make it a pker, or your main. I mean if you have that much problem making 4M, having an account starting at 100M would be the benefit. I mean not sure how good you are at pking, unless you can/plan on making 100M on your other account. All in all its up to what you want to do.
  12. Gesh a bit longer than I figured in well it be worth it. Thanks for the help.
  13. Best armor you can wear + super set + food and you should be good to go. Honestly they don't hit that hard, if you got decent gear it will hold up. You need to get 68 summoning for the bunyip, slayer leveler's best friend especially through the mid levels!.
  14. I'll probably go with the dragonstone ring then. I realize zerker (i) is BEST ring for combat, but I really only planning on doing this once, so I think a ring that gives pretty good all around will bring me the most benefit, especially considering I use all forms of combat pretty equally.
  15. After the bonus exp weekend I am going to have most my skill goals, and I have a few things activity wise that I want to do. Firstly I am going to finally get full void, I know I want range helm followed by (maybe melee), but is the shield worth getting over the gloves? Make it worth not carrying a shield/defender/prayer book for the gloves spot or body i guess? For the rings I have never really had a combat ring, to expensive really for such little bonuses, I can afford it just never felt the need to have an item on me that I could lose at death that cost 2-3M+ (zerker), and I liked the idea that the imbuened rings for the gemstones give you bonuses for all combat styles so I only need one. Is it worth getting the onyx and having it protect over good items like Gs's, etc, or just better to stick with the dragonstone(i)? Finally any estimates on PC and MA tokens/points per hour? I'm combat level 120 with 99 magic/89 range/70 prayer/73 summoning/89,90,85 melees if that helps.
  16. It's pretty obvious that everything will continue to get higher leveled, with some updates for the inbetween every once in awhile. Look at weapons, barrows is how old? Like 5+ Years if I remember correct I dont know to lazy to look it up. But in five years we honestly don't have another TRUE armor set that is widely used and accepted as better. Sure bandos and thirdage, but bandos is strictly offensvie in nature and in many cases barrows is the better pick overall unless you dont need the defense. Thirdage is a joke, and not because I can't afford it, because noone can afford it really. I have never scene someone fighting in thirdage. Never. My point it's taken us 5+ years and still no level 80 fullscale armors. It takes time to gradually increase the level cap/skill requirements/etc.
  17. Proves that runescape characters are more powerful than nub WOW characters. Duh... Discuss?
  18. Bunyip, super defense/enhanced excaliber, and decent armor dragon/barrows combination will be more than enough. Guthans not needed. If you are really worried about it you could take some bones to peaches tabs I guess. Have fun.
  19. Don't forget to crush the nests and sell the. That's 5-6k each as of now. Really makes maples worth it all the more.
  20. Considering your stats I dont really understand. Your 92 slayer... are you just bored of it or something? Blue dragons could work too for money at least.
  21. I never really had to worry about it being profitable, always had a large cashpile from back when staking was around, but I can say I doubt I lost very much money, not nearly enough for me to ever stop obviously. I will say this the profit equals out over the long run. Once you get that visage drop if you stick to it long enough its hard to complain thats for sure! As for maging metals if you've never been before and what some gear/inventory sugguestions feel free to message me In game man be glad to help. Few more skilling updates (to lazy to post pictures now) Level 70 Smithing Level 70 Crafting Haven't been playing a ton this week been busy week with work and what not. But this weekend I will get 90 range and 90 attack to really round out my combat stats. Looks like I'll gain a slayer level and a farming level over the weekend as well! Doesn't sound like a bad weekend.
  22. He wont be fire surging... Anyway I have always liked metals! double exp would be really nice considering most people think combat magic like camping metals is expensive.
  23. Im no dung pro but from everything I've scene its always best plate.
  24. Thanks for the awnsers everyone probably as concrete as runescape can get, this helps me plan my weekend better. Cheers.
  25. 25M budget can get you pretty far really, I did 75-99 at metals which I never really calculated out the cost but I'm sure there are faster/cheaper ways but it was fun. But at 25M you can buy quite a lot of casts down there just saying, and its fun. If camping isn't your thing do what the above said and just mix up your trianing methods, thats the really nice thing about magic!
