High magic defense/prayer bonus... Pretty much going to prayer range/piety the entire time (Piety really helps IMO) otherwise it will be a very, very slow and long task. Drops usually (always?) cover prayer potion costs, and the charms you get also make it well worth it. Definitly borrow a ss/zs if you dont have one and dont plan on buying one. GL to you shouldnt be that big of a deal for you.

Combat bracer is kind of nice for slayer, i like it saves an inventory space from gem. But the above list is good, DEFINITLY without a doubt do smoking kills, best addition to slayer to date!

At least go buy the runes from Yannile (magic guild) thats your biggest profit magic shop, the second being pest control. (correct me if I'm wrong).

Failing that, just put in as much cash as you possibly can. You're really missing out by not doing that. same as above thanks I'm saying that i don't make good money from dailys because i only have varrock armour 1, seers head band 1, and lumbride ring 1, as to even finish getting the varrock armour 3 I would thus need to gain several levels and quests to acheive it, and if I'm not wrong, which I probily am, it would cost me a few hundred thousand to get some of those levels. (not sure because it's been about a year and a half since i looked at the acheivement diarys) I dont have any of the diary's done and I make 250k+ in dailies + herbs + MTK. Buyout all run shops buy out all feathers buy all battlestaffs you can buy broad bolts sell.... Profit. If 250k isn't worth it when you can work it into your farming run very easily then i dont know what your looking to benefit from this thread. GL to you.

How do you not make good money from dailies? I make over 250k+ every day and I dont have many of the ones that require you to beat quests unlocked. That's 250k not counting MTK or herbs. After MTK/herbs I make 500k-750k easy... A day. In 30 minutes. Then do some herb runs as you said a few times a day for a bonus 100k+ in five minutes or so. And as sugguested if you don't want to do slayer, dragons, etc. Killing some low levels for herb drops and other decent drops can add up. I've heard level 2 men in edge can provide over 200k+ an hour. You can also look camping some of the lower level slayer monsters as they tend to drop some decent herbs, even a few drop mystic peices, even a dragon med or square for a few if I remember correctly. Definily would but you at making a few hundred thousand an hour. Didn't see your stats but you could also camp avansies if you have decent prayer or defense level and a good range level.

Im not trying to thread jack but have a real similar question. lvl 55 mining Whats the fastest exp that doesnt require dropping? And is granite bad at my level 55 mining? (i'll drop the granite)

Honestly change your gear up for training. Avas acumlator Glory or fury Any range headpeice would be an improvement. As for normal range training bronze-steel darts/knives will be your best choice. Throw in a zammy book for some extra attack bonus. I realize you probably will just shoot that down but if you want to be more efficient that is a great way to do it. As for what to range you could probably start ranging blue dragons if you want profit, might be a little slow though. You'd probably want a higher range for aviansies

I would like to sell the potions afterwards. I don't really wanna make stuff which doesn't sell even if it does mean more exp. I havent checked the calculations in a few days but when j bought ten herb levels for example super strengths where a -14 gp/exp, why most other sellable potions where over -20gp/exp. So if u sold all the herbs then bought all the same supplies for the lowest lost you would cut your costs down even more. That's what he means. You don't have to do it, but it is the most efficient, cheapest, and imo easiest because u don't have to buy a ton of different seconds.

Stats are fine it will be slow with range, they do have a lot of defense but doing then range is probably a good idea for you. I do metals all the time for fun mostly mage. Anyway. Gear as said rune xbow broad bolts or better. Best range gear you got and anti fire shield. Inventory Teletab Any wc axe (take a cheap one so u can just drop it) 875+ to High alchemy runes (they drop all addy-rune) stuff so trust me take alchemy runes. 10 anti fires Few range potions Beast of burden if u can (fill up on dragon bones as u leave) Just fill the rest with lobster or something cheap in case u kissed antifire.

if you dislike farming, your doing something wrong. Exactly just put tog/pen pts/lamps in farming till lvl 32 then plant 3-4 herb patches ranarr's and profit 100k+ a run easy whenever you want to.

Looks like you nailed it on the head least as far as Im concerned agility and fishing being really slow. I would kind of lean towards agility though because at least fishing is more afkable.

As said Defender > DFS in like 97% of the situations. Only really good for certain boss monsters where defense is really needed. Even then there are cheaper options. The elite shields are really only useful if you really have an epic cashpile rotting your bank.

I'm indeed never going to do SW again :P But thanks for the comparison to other training methods :P it makes ranged xp quite clear as the obvious choice :P No your not seeing th egreater picture. (Roughly) 1.2hrs for 100k summoning x3 = 3.6hrs =300k summoning exp. Compared to 3.5hrs = 700k+ range exp Summoning is better is what they're saying. Training range is cheaper and easier IMO whether your training typically or chinning. Not to mention the difference between a range level and a summoning level can be alot more of a deal if your talking about unlocking bunyip, war tortise, titans, unicorn, yak, etc. Just using some logic, but in the end its up to you! I didn't say that I won't sell my DFS, I just hate this whole 'were playing runescape we have to be efficient as possible' style that's come out in recent years. To me it just seems like people aren't playing for fun anymore, just trying to grind money and xp out just to get better, nevermind the fun factor. I already have a full slayer helmet by the way. There you have it. Your asking for help but don't want to conform to the most effecient ways... What do you want? Dailies, MTK, farming (herb runs) only need lvl 32 farming for ranarrs to really bring in some AWESOME money for 5 minutes of work. Besides the recommended slayer which i highly recommend you can just camp some profitable monsters which there are plunty. Heck even level 2 men can make what 200-300k an hour with herb drops? Camping dragons for hides, green and blue could work for you. Also throw in some item flipping. No reason not to make a little bit of money even if its only a few hundred thousand a day!

3 monthes, not alot has changed in such a short time. Biggest things being new treasure trials updates and dungeoneering update that was pretty large as well with resource dungeons, etc. Get members or dont play at all IMO.

Then if you dont want to change your ways or accept how its done effeciently continue to do what you want. You dont have money for bandos, you wont sell your DFS, you don't want to use prayer/extremes or spend the time/money to do so. So then thats it theres not much more too it. Least make sure you get your slayer helm (full) if you use magic and range ever.

Dailies routine, do it however you want. But the vast majoirity of the easy/profit Runes (in all shops) Feathers (all shops) Broad bolts (slayer master) Zafts Battle Staffs Throw in a farming run Free flax/sand/etc. (if you want/get any of that)

You can do 11 kills with range =)

Zaros prayer book is still best range and mage offhand unless I'm missing something anyway! If you dont want to do the slayer levels first just take a cheaper bolt untill you get to jad, or at least the 360's.

Zammy books best book for anything. I have all 3 and use zammy book or something else completely, guthix/sara books have always sat in my bank. So you wont regret it.
