I have no problems with torags, whip and defender, bunyip and super str and att. I need no food at all, with your defence level and bandos i shouldn't think you'll need food at all either. Not even guthans.

Are you f2p? You want something that you can buy easily, which is in high demand. So raw fish, some runes, ores etc... I suggest buying at med price and then selling them slightly over med price.

I'm not sure what you mean by single target... so not multi combat? All dragons that drop leather are quite good, but training range with them is slow exp - however you will get good cash. Aviansies are another excellent option for cash, and slightly better exp than dragons.

Through the abyss deaths may be ok, but people use natures because a run can be done in ~50 seconds - astrals are also quite fast when you're on lunar. Deaths are just too slow to make, therefore don't wield as much profit
