I hate the trading-system..
Trade limit was there to put a stop to real world item trading. Get over it. There are plenty of other threads like this if you want to have a rant.

What monsters can I kill to make profit?
Men and goblins will make a profit. ...But most slayer tasks are good, you could also try fire giants or dragons.

Bronze Knifes On Blue Dragons
For slayer tasks you can kill the baby blue dragons just past the blue dragons in taverly dungeon. They drop bones that gives 30xp per bury and you don't need a dragonfire shield, although i reccomend carrying one when going through the blue dragons. You also need a dusty key.

98-99 Attack
Don't no life it like that, take your time and enjoy it rather than seeing it as something that has to be done. I would get slayer up with it personally, you don't seem too far from 70. What do you call "normal methods"? Camping at sos spiders? Pest control?

Going f2p. EDIT: Another Bank Pic Added
Didn't know f2p could have that many spaces? Ava's accumulator doesn't work on f2p, don't think candles do or any of your machetes, neither do nails or defenders Looks ok but might want to get rid of alot of stuff

Could I do dragon slayer at level 44?
You would be able to do it at your current levels, but 40 40 40 would be easier for you in the final fight as you would have rune armour and weapons... Good luck!
-

I Need Help Money Making
With 100k it's hard to make alot of money (what happened to the 10mil?!) It's hard to make 10k and hour with that sort of money. Try woodcutting and fishing to get some more money, with better levels comes faster exp and more cash .

I Need Help Money Making
Choose your favourite skills to level, whilst maintaining a constant offer on items in bulk in the grand exchange. You said you had 10 mil, so you must have had the hang of merchanting as it is hard with those skills to make that much money. How much do you have now and maybe i could tell you how to make a profit out of the grand exchange?

Zamorak god wars?
With a 5 man you you might be ok, in my opinion get 75 or 80 defense and 80 range.
