Do people buy unstrung Yew Longbows for market price?
Sometimes - you're better off stringing them though...

Bork
^^ Don't reply if you don't know - it's kinda spam... Bork is in a troll quest i think? I remember he can hit in high 20s but with pray you're ok.

Thanks but mining is my most hated skill :(

Cheap potions to make?
The cheapest are serum 207 (if you have done the quest?) All you need is tarromin which is about 350gp plus ashes which are about 5gp. Not very fast, but alot cheaper than other methods if you're buying everything.

Herblore boosts? [I have an idea, read last post]
What's your level? It really wont take much time or money to level it if you're below 60...

Going for a 99.
My hunter is only level 20 : -Haven't really looked into it properly yet. Magic is a good suggestion, thank you for that. Are there any monsters where it's possible to break even apart from aviansies or metal dragons?

Going for a 99.
I think its time i start going for level 99 in a skill. ...I just can't decide. Cooking and firemaking are the capes i see most often, so i don't want to walk around looking purple or orange. I might consider cooking just to get my chosen cape trimmed. My rsn is "Johannas" so look me up on the hi scores to tell me what i should do. I was thinking maybe doing fishing and cooking together, or woodcutting and fletching. But i don't really like either of them. I want a skill cape that most people don't wear, so i look special \ What do you guys think i should do? Exp/hour and how much cash i should expect by doing it is appreciated. Thanks

Why did you choose tip.it Forums
I was quite active on rsof a few years back, but after my break they changed it to a java log in which takes too long imo. I can keep myself logged on here too... There are more forums, more threads, more posts, more mature people, and sensible mods on here. - It's easier to navigate, much more friendly community. So basically tif rules k?

Question about woodcut
From my own personnal experience the highest from one tree is 50, and the lowest is 1. Lower level trees tend to yeild more logs also - but it's pretty random

Clue Scrolls, still worthwhile doing?
Yeah it's a nice variation to doing repetitive stuff - plus, it's pretty hard to make a loss. 127th level 3 clue last week and first piece of god armour ever.... guthix plate. It would be awful seeing one on the floor knowing there's a possibility it may be good stuff.

Turoth Slayer Task

Junk Trading: Acceptable, Practical Practice?
I think it's ok - but i reckon Jagex will change it all around. I understand each item reaches an absolute rock bottom (maple longbows and willow (u) and just a few of many examples) I believe Jagex will allow a change in these items so they are worth next to nothing and this method of "junk trading" will cease to exist. When i junk trade, i make sure the items are at a stable price - like willow logs or maple bows. NOT poison arrows as they can lose millions... There are much easier ways of getting rid of junk though. I once was stuck with 50,000 strung willow bows and just added 1 - 2% of willow bows then 98 - 99% cash to an item that someone was selling. I then just put it on the grand exchange over night and got my money back - plus got rid of alot of bows. Am i the only person who can use this method ? Because i find it alot faster to get rid of junk this way than to junk trade...

Herblore training from 50 to 70.
With prices as they are nowadays, it's impossible to buy all ingreds and not make a heavy loss. Try collecting you own seconds, or using FOG gloves on chaos druids or something - i found they worked well. A good thing to do would be to get a pen and paper, note down the medium price (on grand exchange) of all the potions you are capable of making. Then note down the med price of the herb needed, and the 2nd needed and subtract these from the potion price - making the cheapest potion makes sense - so multiply how many of those potions you need (use the tip.it calculator) by the cost/loss per potion and that will show you the cheapest way (by buying all ingreds) to get to your desired level. Sorry i couldn't make the list for you - i don't have much time right now; Hope i helped though

Fist of Guthix rewards - F2P
1. Jagex removed the wildy because of real world item trading... 2. I was f2p when fog came out, and i got the rune beserker shield in less than a few days 3. It has plenty of use before degrading imo 4. The degrade time for all items are all reasonble - fog is a fun alternative to train mage and get bonuses, it wasn't about rewarding f2p, it was about suitably replacing what was taken away. 5. Have you never encountered a reverant whilst rune mining? Surely this is more of a risk than PvP? 6. What's missing from bounty hunter and clan wars that the wildy didn't have? F2p have more than they deserve anyway... 7. The game isn't about taking risks, it's about having fun and meeting new people. 8. Have a nice break from the game - might be worth checking out the new graphics update though.

Getting a new Graphics card... (answered, - close)
The laptop that i wish to play on already has a sort of intergrated graphics card/chip on the motherboard which i cannot seem to remove or replace... so i guess it's impossible to put a new one in? Can't really give you any more details on that really! It is 64mb, but am unsure if it is 3D.... After some fiddling about with the computer i figured it is a mobility radeon 9000, but after google searches i'm still not sure whether it is 3d or not? How can i tell? I used something called belarc, plus all of my knowledge (which isn't much as i say...) However i have a desktop computer that i share, that has a PCI - E slot... (as i have just discovered) I also have other games that i cannot install for one reason or another, so i think it's time to buy a new one for this aswell. So... What would be the best graphics card for my PCI - E slot on that computer? And i suppose it's impossible to get a new graphics thing for the motherboard on the laptop since i might have to replace the motherboard and it wont fit? So maybe i need to think about buying a new laptop?... Unless there are any other ways you know of? Sorry if i'm being vague, or talking a load of nonsense - it's just i've always been bought up with somebody else doing all this stuff for me - so i've never really learnt! Ask me some more stuff if you need to know, and i'll let you know as soon as i can (that's if i can!) Also, i wont be able to log on till tomorrow. Thank you for your time!

Best way to train Mage F2P
If you aren't bothered about hp xp, maging the fire wizard south of falador with fire strike works a treat as he is immune to it - you can do it for hours and you wont touch him!

99 Smithing - The Fast, The Cheap, & The Effective?
The cheapest way is smelting ores, you can make a profit by buying ores on the grand exchange and then selling bars. I found iron plates fast/not that costly up until level 70, where i'm staying at for a bit.

Bank orgenization
Looks good to me, personally i keep all currency and tokens (coins ,tokkul, shantay pass, fog tokens etc) at the top, then all my tools for everything and then runes potions etc...

Bounty Hunter...
Well i've been thinking of tranining my char to be a pker again. I started watching some vids on youtube and as soon as someone kills somebody, they run out - without trying to hold onto the loot. Do they run out, bank there stuff and run back in to try and find the loot? Or just leave it a pk for fun? cheers.
