I feel the need to re-confirm my understanding; Anti-aliasing takes the edges of the picture and changes their colors to be intermediate between the colors of the picture and the background or other objects that it overlaps in order to make all of the edges appear smooth. If you cut out the main object, then the edges of that object have still been changed to intermediate colors, rather than a basic color that could be re-done to blend with a different background. All of that said, what I was trying to do was cut some things out and blend them with TIF's background for a signature. So, rather than cutting pictures out of the original RuneScape source with anti-aliasing enabled to where the edges are blending with something brown or tan, wouldn't it be better to use no anti-aliasing to get 'natural edges' to blend them with a background the same color as Tip.It gray? For the record, you are talking or explaining to someone with a very limited knowledge of picture editing programs. I mostly use Microsoft Paint and a tiny bit of Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 (usually just using the magic wand tool :-# ). I have no idea what feathering is...

I don't think this adds up... :-k It seems this way for several other items on the list as well.

Can someone explain to me exactly what 2x- and 4x-Anti-Aliasing do? Do they actually raise the quality or only make it appear so by blending the edges between object and background?

I had no trouble at all reading and understanding the dialogue, nor did I have trouble following the instructions and hints. Maybe you just suck at quests, and that's not John's fault. You miss the point Morningrise. There are dialogues that you may not experience if you take shortcuts, and which I'm assuming you can't experience after the quest is complete (since I too missed these...). That's very odd. I didn't do anything that wasn't implied or hinted at during the quest, and I caught every bit of dialogue. What kind of shortcuts? Originally quoted post above: If you go through the tower (where you fight the Cannoneer) instead of taking the boats to get around, you miss some sort of dialogue with the ferrymen. I don't know who Grimmson is though.

We should come to expect as much. None of the Dragon items since the ones available in classic have required a quest to be completed. Same deal, but it's due tomorrow. :wall: The Muddy Chest is outdated. I don't think they would even bother to do so. Just drop the keys, it's what I've been doing. Has anyone been to the chest to see if its been changed? It seems pointless to make a muddy key a drop for a new monster if its still the same crap in there from 7 years ago.... Possibly there's a chance to get the pick from the chest? I haven't done the quest but from some of the pictures I've seen that there are normal looking Chaos Dwarves in the same cavern, which have always dropped Muddy Keys. In fact, it's kind of their trademark drop, since you can't get them from anywhere else (except implings?). That said, if these new monsters are also supposed to be Chaos Dwarves, wouldn't it make sense?

I thought the same thing, I pray to god they will make it so. :pray: SGWD becomes impossible to solo? :lol: Has anyone tried pickpocketing the Dwarf Traders? There's a list of their loot, but I'm interested in how often you get Runite or Adamantite ores and bars.

An untrimmed music cape (if it got trimmed by all quests being completed) would actually be impossible, since you have to do all of the quests to get all of the music.

You mean the max total level cape? I thought it was decided in the high level 2376(?) forum section on RSOF that it was going to be lime and black or pink or something else super duper ugly. There's probably an exact picture somewhere in a previous pictures sticky if you want to go search around. :lol: By the way, how are you viewing the RSCache?

I see yellow, white, red, and purple, leading me to believe it's a glitch rather than a new cape, since all of the colors on it are really close to capes already released. Does no one remember when the Fishing Cape had purple trim? ;) Plus since when have we ever had a skillcape with more than two colors? Exactly what I was thinking, something similar.

With the giant snakes, yeah, but I don't remember anything close to that pedestal with a corpse on it or those ribs. Plus you don't actually go underwater for there to be oxygen bubbles... :? The only underwater area I haven't thoroughly explored is the Rocking Out one, since they won't allow you back in there once you've finished your business.

Although highly unlikely, it would be a good idea for them, since they're liches and don't need to breathe (hence the lack of skin, muscle, organs) and just about all of the enemies do need oxygen, meaning they could be in relative isolation there. Is this exactly the same as when Mobilizing Armies was released? The water and stuff... There is a castle in the background, but still. JaGEx has denied it enough that sailing must be the new skill!
