No offense to anyone, but if I can be bothered I'll try it out myself anyway. Oh - did people who had used this trick before the 'fix' have their skillcapes become trimmed afterward?

I have personally witnessed a friend who had and and this is how my friend said he got did it. That's a shame, but thank you.

Some people may consider this a glitch, but I think it's just a neat little thing that you can only ever do once. The trick is to have one level 99 skill and a level 98 skill very close to 99 and die, and drop your old skillcape, and have your gravestone blessed, buy your new cape, run black, dissolve your gravestone and telegrab your old skillcape. My questions are... Does this trick still work? Does it, or did it ever work with the same cape? For example, buying an Agility Cape, getting another 99 skill, and buying another Agility Cape, so that the second cape is trimmed and the first one isn't. I'm trying to determine if I should get 99 Agility before 99 Hitpoints (since I'm insanely closer to 99 Hitpoints but I like the Agility Cape much more).

I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.

It seems like they had been giving us holiday activities the week before, during, and after the actual event. Perhaps they didn't this week because PvP worlds were last week and they are trying to follow through in their new update plan.

I thought it was just 30% of the total Defense, not reduced by damage like the Bandos Godsword... So by stack, you mean that the beast would lose 60% Defense? I wonder what you have to hit to trigger this effect...

For reference: Honestly, I think it's just for the juxtaposition of red and blue to show opposing forces for PvP worlds. We all know that they can easily just recolor equipment (ZMI Altar, anyone?) so it isn't exactly enough proof to conclude a whole new set of equipment.

With the exception that you can't use full Ranged Void... Next best kit is Armadyl...?

Players who try to steal passwords (including asking for an E-Mail when I don't even know them, sometimes the same with any personal info), item scamming (rarely since it rarely goes on anymore), and the occasional super spammer. I also report JaGEx staff impersonators (which always fall under password stealers) but I like to go along with them for a time. Example: Once some guy PMed me and started asking if I needed any help and that he would help me because he was a J-Mod, so I told him very politely that I didn't need any help and was all good, then reported him. Needless to say, I completely made all those numbers up. I've only been to a PVP world once, for about 30 seconds. But mine are about as likely as someone who has been there since the update. Prove me wrong. See what I mean? :wall: Right, well perhaps someone who has been there a lot could give better shots in the dark...?

How exactly does the amount of time you spend in a PvP world affect your drop chances? Does the time stay with you forever or do you lose it when you log out? When you log out and switch to a normal world? Is there a time limit that you reach, to where anymore time spent won't matter? How do non-hotspots compare to hotspots in these respects? If you die, do you keep the amount of time you've already accumulated? I realize that these are very 'mechanical' questions and that (probably) no one works at JaGEx here, which is why guesses and estimations are more than welcome...

I'm slightly questioning why no one has posted pictures of Dragon Chainbodies or Sq Shields or even Boots... Oh, and why JagEX made Corrupt Dragon Spears for nonmembers but not Dragon 2H Swords. Props on the drop.

I would assume no since the spiritual world is just like the Chaos Tunnels - not actually Wilderness but reached through the Wilderness. _ Also, are the gloves all the color of their respective skillcapes?

I'm not arguing with you as I haven't used any PvP equipment yet, rather, why do you think this equipment would do that? I feel the need to cite someone on these Forums who said (and showed) that they got Zuriel's Staff and said that it degraded after they cast a Miasmic spell.

I'm quite sure that it only degrades while you are being attacked or are attacking something else. No other armor falls apart from standing around and doing nothing, and with these prices I doubt this equipment would be made that way. However I was hoping that while we're on the subject of degradation, someone could enlighten me about Fist of Guthix robes - do they degrade from using their abilities or from being attacked, like Barrows equipment (and most likely, PvP items)?

What is your definition of camp? I thought it just meant staying for a very long time in one place.

People kill the Aviantese for Adamant Bars... There really isn't anything there that is good for meleeing (aside from Spiritual Mages as already said). My signature is from ranging Spiritual Warriors and Aviantese. You might find Ghostly Warriors to be like the Aviantese of melee.

Unless the drops go in a loop or reset daily, they seem to only degrade after every kill, eventually getting as low as Iron Axes or Sardines or nothing.
