Hoping this is more in-depth than just an extended version of Troll Invasion featuring bosses which I will rapier in void repeatedly until I get gloves matching the Glacor boots... (Although I am hoping for gloves matching the Glacor boots!) Very interested to find out if the creator/master of the tower is Zamorakian or if that symbol really is for one of the Desert Pantheon.

What world will this specific event be on? Death's citadel may look like a citadel but it doesn't operate off of a shard world like the real ones do.

From Soul Wars! 195/300+ Zeal Helm? Was going to get AFTER I got legs, most likely camping CW well after I got all 3 anyway. I'm/I was getting Hybrid armor for use in CW. "Oh [kitty] just play legit" Yeah great advice let me go against the clan I've been with this entire time so that they'll SPECIFICALLY target me. Basically, at the moment, 10-15 clan members (there's like 4 clans on each world wtf) get in per game, from multiple clans, VS randoms. If I join the opposing side, likely the only side I can actually get into the game on, I'm going to lose no matter what. It was legit anyway, being part of a clan that used decent organizational skills. And legs still took like 50hrs to get. And I was at 2/3 that. FML. Off-topic but still related to SW: there are these TROLLS still pissed about something that happened like years ago that love to "crash" worlds because they have nothing better to do. SW politix is retarded. They don't ever win, they just make it harder and annoy us. I don't know what they do since bots have left, though. So hopefully I guess I can still get them it will just take 3x as long... Makes me want to not even try though.

When/what is the second phase? I'm very curious now. And SW is still down the shitter but for most people that's neither here nor there...

This helps us understand the ridiculous name, at least. Edit on second glance I don't think this is what I meant to quote... I saw it earlier and wanted to make this comment but had to leave. So basically related clusters of objects are now split up and randomized (fluttered as they so gracefully put it) so that they cannot be identified and reassembled by anything other than the game itself. Perhaps a juvenile understanding but I think it's basically right?

Honestly wish they would've waited a week, lol. I'm almost entirely sure that SW can't survive the way it did without bots. Have ~2/3 zeal I need for Hybrid legs and that's all I was really interested in doing. Hybrid legs may as well have become discontinued, unless it turns into 120-125+ V all. Just to be clear, winning in SW practically came down to which team had fewer bots and more real, organized people. Now that it may be organized people V organized people, it'll probably come down to combat levels and ancients, like CW but without as much skill. Sorry self concerned ^ :P Will be happy to see less. I'm sure someone remembers me saying it before, but I've always hated the visual impact most bots had on in-game immersion.

Went on IRL quest with friend to get cards lol (wouldn't have bothered if I didn't have so much change and a friend lying around :P). We thought they would be specially marked so it was a bit confusing, but any of them right now should work. Gamestop sells blue ones with the elvarg destroying crandor background, Target sells green/red 30/90 ones with DG chars, 30/green which are what we got which worked. $7.95 total. We think that you get it unlocked by redeeming the codes before Nov. 4, rather than the item being tied to the cards themselves.

Was discussing this with a Zak but I figure they just did green because it was so readily available. Technically, your light red skin is already in game, so we may see it available yet. When membership card sales dip again, anyway... There's also fluorescent blue and green, and the whole range of cheeze yellow to turquoise. Maybe some others, but I can't think of them at the moment.

Lol, as with most everyone else here, my regrets have to do with rares. The biggest of which was having ~4m in cash when Santa Hats were 100-200k each... Probably moreso and more recently, selling my yellow when it was around 100m to afford extremes... :mellow: And, uh, siding against Hazeel, lol.

I heard rumours you have to find the right pumpkin in the patch east of the bar and pumpkin pete is hiding there (eg hes a pumpkin version of postie pete) Lol by my post I meant that he actually is there, so it is no rumor. However he doesn't really do anything at the moment other than tell you he will be doing something later. I don't know if it's random then, but I found him as one of the pumpkins on the top end. Not that searching them is a pain even if it is random, though.

I think that scythes are a general weapon type and that more players have been "undercut" (not sure if that was intended to be a pun in the original post -.-) by scythes' exclusion as such simply because it was released in RSC as a poorly thought out holiday exclusive item. It's like if people didn't want more rapiers to be released because of the single unique one that came out with Cabin Fever, or if a big fuss had been made about Gnome Scarves because of the scarves released for Christmas (maybe there was a fuss, I don't remember). These items aren't particularly "unique" in the sense that they don't actually closely represent anything, while I would argue that items like Bunny Ears, Skeleton Costumes, and Snow Globes should be preserved because they're far more holiday-specific. At the same time, however, because JaGEx DID make that poor decision so long ago, any new scythes should be visually distinct from the originals. I didn't see the leak but if JaGEx just recolored the original scythe gold and released it I'd have a problem.

Anyone else find Pumpkin Pete? Seems he is another wait-and-see event like the theater.

Do the bones just randomly spawn? Or is there an animation? Anything to explain them? Does an item drop with them? Perhaps off-topic as to the issue itself, but it would've been neat if they added out-of-reach Frost Dragons to fight eachother, which caused the bones appearing. I guess the problem then would've been explaining why the old ones didn't/wouldn't/don't, though...

Nice to see the full image and (some of) the source. However: When I still had the RSMV (desperately searching for a working one at the moment, please PM me) textures did not appear. See his clothes? *I believe* they would be flat colors if taken from the cache model. Now, obviously the background and shadow can be phoned in, but they look real enough. It goes without saying that they would definitely not appear in the cache with him. I would say the pose/gaping "mouth" look odd, but they also resemble Khazard's respective features. I believe instead that this was probably leaked through an official (obscure) video at some point. It is of course possible (or even highly likely) that they included this with ROTM's new Mahjarrat models (although previously-existing Mahjarrat probably had their models replaced) and that it's currently in the cache, but as I said above, I can't personally verify it.

Isn't that how General Khazard looked like in the quest? No, I made sure to compare it to the current ones before posting. Interestingly (or not) the arms on this one are identical to Khazard's, though.

Haven't done the event yet but this made my day! I love my new head pet. I feed him talismans and he shits out essence and runes!! Unfortunately I can't locate an Elemental Talisman to feed him at this moment... -.- Here's to hoping that the gold scythe/sock mask thing aren't RuneFest exclusives. I'd just like to add that the Pizazz Hat can suck it. I may just go pick it up again so that my new headpet can devour it as well!

I didn't read the articles (usually come here and read a few comments and decide if articles are worth reading). The picture shows him viewing another member of the party, particularly their inventory. The tabs go player inventory - worn inventory - BoB inventory - skills. I'm guessing either you don't dungeoneer often or it's still not common practice... Lol my question is how the guy he's viewing has two of the same key.

So I saw this randomly on RSWiki's imagestream while the forums were out... As far as I could find, no pages link to it. There was no larger version available from clicking on it (supporting the previous sentence), so I saved it. I don't know if it can still be found on RSWiki. The Mahjarrat in the picture does not resemble any current ones clothing-wise, as far as I am aware of.
