well i think the legs lasted me about 10 minutes but that was at armoured zombies so it might last longer for you

These are good. I have nothing to add, except to note that when I was training agility to 70, I used summer pies as the healing food. I had a bunch lying around the bank, and they had the added benefit of keeping my agility level boosted, with (supposedly) lower fail rates as a side effect. It's something to consider anyways. :) summer pies they work wonders use them

GWD sounds fine to me, but how should I do it? Solo? Team? If I was to get a team, what boss? An RSOF team, or do I join a clan? I've never GWD'ed seriously for cash before if that helps. ;) you could probably solo arma/sara easy if you want to go with a team i'd use the rosf or find some friends to do it with. don't bother with zammy/bandos because bandos is crowded and no one does zammy
