spirit kyatt is used for summoning not rc its one of the others (which i forgot name of>.<) that is used to tele you close to nature altar and as for the rc guild is not bad exp but i find normal rc better although rc guild is good money

first off dont get them they take too much time to get,time better spent on runecrafting but to awnser your question you don't need to be high lvl just mage them and hope for the best

you dont need a good team with giant mole just bring some super att and strs prayer pots any attacking familair pray boosting gear ddp++ and the crushed birds nest pay for the trip most of the time gl
