Being an insomniac, I rarely get more than 3-4 hours of rest a night, if I manage to fall asleep at all. = / I've been struggling with sleeping-problems for several years now, and I must say--I've yet to "get used to it," unfortunately. My issue lies in actually falling asleep rather than waking at irregular/inconvenient intervals, and, while I've tried various medications, I've decided the side-effects aren't worth the few extra hours of artificial-sleep. -.- Quite simply, insomnia sucks.
