Should F2P get skill capes?
Explain please. It's just an add-on that a F2P person needs like 5 dollars to get when they get 99s. Not that big-a-deal is it? Furthermore, I am all for F2P getting more stuff, but skillcapes = no. Giving them the fletching skill would just be for lols. Simply because there's little reason not to let them wear it. Level 99 in a skill is not exclusive to p2p, thus, neither should the cape that displays it.

farming questions again
Well poison ivy bushes have a fixed yield and never die, so if those are the bushes you're planting, then no, you don't need supercompost. Anything lower can die though, so if you're planting white berries, then yeah use supercompost.

99 fishing
Two weeks for fishing is unreasonable. Even at the fastest method you'd need to play nearly 20 hours a day to get 62-99 fishing in two weeks. Heck, you're pushing it pretty hard at your expected hours...12-14 hours a day on weekends?

Smoking Kills: Restless Ghost...
You get it during the quest...why, is there some reason you don't want to complete it?

99 fishing
Monkfish are ~35k exp/hr, give or take. Divide your xp until 99 by 35k to get the number of hours, then divide that by your average hours per day to get the number of days it'll take.

Making money off farming.
Statistically, you can expect 6.5 herbs per seed. The average profit for a snapdragon seed is 10.7k gp. The average profit for a kwuarm seed is 15.1k. The average profit per ranarr seed is 18.2k. The average profit per toadflax seed is 14.6k. So yes, snaps are actually the worst of the four right now, but the prices fluctuate daily. And you will still always average a profit off of snaps--it only takes one successful harvest to make up for a death, and the ratio of success to failure is 9:1.

Summoning on Pures ?
Summoning is perfectly acceptable to have on a pure, since it doesn't affect your combat while pking. I see nothing wrong with it if you're willing to spend the cash on it.

Mechanics Of Wcing And How It Can Help U Get Logs Faster
False. Convincing everyone/i] in Runescape? Sure, that's not gonna happen. But raising awareness is totally possible. By posting everywhere that this is how woodcutting works (which it is) more people will tell other people who are chopping with them, who tell other people, and so on. Get the word out there and it can spread, and if it spreads enough it can become common knowledge over time. Teaks used to be relatively unknown. And when I first wrote my woodcutting guide, hardly anyone was talking about eucalyptus.

Should F2P get skill capes?
Yes, f2p should get skillcapes.

~~ 99 Woodcutting Guide ~~ COMPLETED!!
The orange trees at Oo'glog are eucalyptus. The green ones are achey. Meh, this guide is okay. The exp/hr numbers are accurate. You're too kind to maples, though...they're absolutely horrible for cutting at any level for any reason.

Profitable Training
Armoured zombies are great, you should try those. I also like dust devils for the charms.

Best way to train my 39 prayer?
A good way to get prayer experience when you're broke is to pay as you go...earn some money first, then use it to buy dragon bones to use on a gilded altar.

Chopping magic trees, gp/h?
With 99 woodcutting I've been able to get 120 logs/hr fairly consistently.
-
Charging Air Orbs?
I was able to get roughly 500-550 air orbs charged per hour with a terrorbird...something like 40k exp/hr, maybe 200k gp/hr.

What's a Good Construction Method?
Oak larders are probably your best bet.

The Fastest XP Possible?
Not the same ratio, because using brawling gloves in the wilderness gives a bigger boost than using them outside the wilderness. But it still shouldn't count, because 75% of the experience in those methods comes from collecting the brawlers. I think cashing in brawling gloves is too much like cashing in agility tickets or Soul Wars points.

D mace is alot better than dds for pking yes?

May 20th: New Slayer Monster Information.
You're absolutely correct that there should be some incentive to train slayer past 90, but adding new slayer monsters with 90+ slayer requirements is the wrong way to go about creating that incentive. Why? Because it creates content that's inaccessible to the vast majority of scapers. Saying "Here's the new monster that you can't fight without 95 slayer" is like saying "You can't play this part of the game unless you're willing to dedicate hundreds of hours to training your slayer for no other purpose." You see the problem with that, I'm sure. The thing to do is use a dimmer instead of an on/off switch. The highest level content should be introduced alongside content for lower levels, so that everyone can try it, but high levels have an advantage. Most skill-related minigames are good examples of this. Stealing Creation is best played with 80+ in everything, but you can have straight 40s and still play if you want. Pyramid Plunder is only fully accessible at 91 thieving, but you can still get that Pharaoh's Scepter with a much lower level if you want to try for it. That's the approach Jagex should be taking with high-level content.

The Fastest XP Possible?
Dragon arrows > rune arrows Within reason, broad-leaf arrows are the best. That's what lucipher6 and aasiwat used to 200m fletching. It doesn't need to be within reason.

Dragon arrows > rune arrows

The Fastest XP Possible?
Magic stones > marble blocks. Demonic thrones are going to be the fastest xp. Similarly, construction gives the best xp for farming, by planting and demolishing tall box hedges repeatedly. I think the fastest p2p crafting experience is cutting onyx, or possibly making amulets of fury. Fastest p2p magic experience will be with ancients, but I'm not sure where--I'm guessing ape atoll skeletons because of that respawn thing they do. Fastest p2p melee experience would, in theory, be using d2h specs on other players with piety, att/str boosts, and friends repeatedly casting energy transfer on you. And for f2p, don't forget the corrupt dragon scimitars, which are faster xp than regular rune. The fastest smithing experience would be dragon platebodies (with runners) but because of the blast fusion hammers being untradable and one-use-only, it doesn't work. So I guess it's dragonfire shields. Fastest p2p woodcutting experience is chopping teaks and dropping the logs as soon as they show up in your inventory, then quickly reclicking the tree, while using an inferno adze. Zarfot has a youtube video of it...it's potentially like 100k exp/hr or something. Fastest p2p firemaking experience would be with magic logs, flame gloves, and ring of fire, burning half the logs eastward back to the bank to eliminate running time. (Burning east also works in f2p.) Dragon arrows are the fastest fletching experience. Fastest p2p fishing experience is drop fishing with a heavy rod at Baxtorian Falls. For agility, it is Dorgesh-Kaan. Ape Atoll is slower. Fastest p2p prayer xp is ourg bones on a gilded altar with both burners lit and a pack yak to carry 30 extra bones. It should also be a friend's house so the friend can keep the burners lit for you, and you should use a slayer ring Pollnivneach teleport to get there and a glory to get back to the bank. I think that's right, anyway. You could use your own house and just use house teleport, but you'd lose inventory space and time lighting the burners, so I don't think it would be faster, but I haven't formally tested it or anything.

Is melee a buyable skill?
"Buying" a skill simply refers to trading money for time. It's not about whether you're gaining or losing, because unless training that skill is the most profitable thing you could be doing, you're losing potential money anyway. Trading time for money is possible with every skill. For example, by training agility in Dorgesh-Kaan, even if you were dumb and didn't use energy pots, you'd be giving up the potential profit you could be making at the agility arena. You can train woodcutting on teaks if you're willing to give up the profit you would make cutting eucalyptus. Most skills are simply more efficient if you spend money to train them. I don't think very many people would want to get 99 smithing by smelting iron bars the whole way. By training to 99 melees at armoured zombies, you're giving up the money you would have made training to 99 melees on green dragons. You have traded money for time. Hence, melee is buyable.

What is the best way to make cash with all skills maxed?
Camping abyssal demons doesn't train slayer, now does it?
