I've used piety and a bunyip at ~80 def without needing food. I never needed protection prayers. Whenever I've taken food with me, I've invariably ended up dropping it when the bunyip starts overhealing me. Bunyips are pwnage in single combat camping. Ghostly Warriors drop spirit shields, not holy elixirs. Most of the profit from them comes from the runes they drop, though, and the steel platebodies if you choose to alch them. They are indeed a good alternative to armoured zombies for lower levels. The drops are actually more profitable, but there's no altar and they have less hp, so the experience is significantly slower. I would not recommend ghostly warriors for anyone with enough stats to effectively fight armoured zombies; however, they're an excellent training spot for mid-lower levels. Better than yaks, at the very least. And since all their drops are alchable or stackable, they can be camped indefinitely with only an Enhanced Excalibur for healing, although anyone with the prayer level to obtain the EE is better off at AZ's.

Comments in bold... I don't use a cannon on slayer tasks and I am level 99. This is because I like to profit off my tasks instead of lose cash. I've probably made 200M from slayer because of the drops and also the fact that I profit off every task. I don't cannon, I don't use piety, and I bring either a bunyip or a unicorn and maybe 1-2 super sets to keep costs at minimum and profit at max. It may take a little longer to finish a task but it feels much more rewarding knowing you profited AND got the exp rather than got the exp faster with loss of cash. Slayer experience is a lot harder to get than money. So I see nothing wrong with prioritizing it.

Even more underrated than the dragon longsword is the TokTz-Xil-Ak, the obsidian longsword. When paired with a zerker necklace, it beats not only the dragon longsword but the dragon scimitar as well, and it has NO quest requirements and is wieldable at the same 60 attack.

Dragon hatchet is easily worth it, especially if you're getting 99 woodcutting. Since you can sell it back after 99, it's effectively free anyway, so no trouble there. You make twice as much profit off magic logs cuz it takes twice as long. If you cut eucalyptus logs until you had 60m, it would take about the same amount of time as magic logs, but you'd have a ridiculously higher rank on the hiscores list. Alternatively, if you cut eucs to 99, you could use the time you saved to do something more profitable, like kill green dragons, and be much richer than if you'd wasted that time cutting magic logs.

Well, Im not looking for the FASTEST way. Im looking for a way that can make good money. I was watching a video on youtube and it says 60-80 yews then 80-99 magic. Is that a good way? No. Both of those options are slower and less cash than eucalyptus. If you want profit from woodcutting, the best option is eucalyptus. That guide is a good one, by the way. You should read it. :thumbsup:

I remember reading that it was less effective for herb collecting than combat. You'd be better off fighting chaos druids or banshees with a macaw, I think...unless you're a lv3 skiller.

Woodcutting and fishing give the same profit per hour, although a granite lobster can push fishing above woodcutting a little; however, both skills are mediocre at best for profit and I wouldn't recommend either one as a primary source of income. The main difference between fishing and woodcutting is that woodcutting is faster experience, but fishing is more friendly to crowds. Otherwise, the skills are pretty much identical.

I don't think so. Using Broad-tipped bolts are just like mithril-adamant, I think. They actually hit higher then addy, for me. Broad-tipped bolts are an entirely different item altogether. <--Barbed <--Broad Broad-tipped bolts are made from adding feathers to broad bolt tips (which can be bought from slayer masters or dropped by kurasks) after learning how to make them for 300 slayer points.

But...I thought that dwarves were masters of magic? I read somewhere that they had grown so adept at using magic that they didn't have to use furnaces, they just cast the smelt ore spell without runes... It was the Imcando dwarves who were known for such magical prowess. (They were also known for their love of redberry pie.) They were wiped out in the God Wars and the clan has only two known survivors. I'm happy to see that they're planning an update to vampires like I requested...they really do look like a bald lv2 Man with his mouth stretched across his face in Photoshop.

Use the barbed bolt tips on bronze bolts. But you shouldn't make them. They're crap. They're a relic from back when bronze bolts were the only crossbow ammo, or something...they have no special effect and are weaker than iron, bone, or even opal bolts.

I first noticed them when HD came out and I was playing Great Orb Project. I don't know how long they've been around, but it's been awhile...I imagine they weren't in the public eye because nobody ever crafts water runes.

They've been there for a long time, but there's no way to pick them...which is a shame. You'll have to do the whole sled thing to get them.

I haven't parceled since the bank interface updates, so I don't know if you can use the Dump BoB option from there. But you can always just withdraw the logs from the BoB, and it'll be much faster than otherwise. I imagine with a pack yak it should be a very efficient method.

Honestly, I think greater demons are a terrible task. But once you get rid of the wild dog problem, it's not such a big deal anymore. Sure, they're no dust devils or waterfiends or any of the other tasks that I really like getting, but if you have 127 combat they're not worth skipping.

and how much Gp/h is that? None. Kalphites have garbage drops. You'll lose maybe 10k gp off potions, and the experience will be horrible as well. But if you just want to hit really high, a keris can give you a triple damage hit instead of Dharok's double damage, so you'll end up hitting higher. I was just guessing that the reason you wanted the monster to have a specific hp was so you could hit your max. Well, if that's your goal, then the way to go is kalphites. But if you want to train, the way to go is armoured zombies.
