Yeah, perhaps it was just a vibe...inconsequential at any rate. I am at work as usual. I've been reading war and peace on the bus to and fro, as well as during lunch. Also, my favourite dress shirt has a large hole in the elbow...time to bid it adieu methinks...

My thoughts exactly. Our best shutdown defenseman is now Mike Komisarek...some say that Korbanian Holzer may make the team, but even then he's never really played in the NHL. Still, time will tell...

Damn. Well, that trade had been speculated about forever. I really do think we're eventually going to regret this...that said, philly doesn't exactly play great defense/have a good goalie either so it'll be interesting to see how he does.

Saw 21 jump street. Not great, but fairly funny, and better than I expected. I think I like channing tatum much better in a comedy role than I do as a serious actor. 5.5/10.

mcguire is incredibly annoying, but very knowledgeable when it comes to prospects. I really hope we don't trade schenn, I think we'd end up regretting in enormously if we did. JVR is a nice piece, but a big risk.... Also going to be very interesting to see what happens with Schultz.

I'd be surprised if he takes a d-man lol. I know he always says BPA but it's such a tossup in the later rounds that I think drafting a forward makes sense. We have so much young d now...we already have an excess and it's only getting worse unless we move out some bodies.

Yeah that was funny. Not sure who I want the leafs to take at this point. Nothing specific in mind, I just hope they don't take a goalie till at least the fifth if they do take a goalie.

I can see why they took reilly. To be honest, grigorenko and faksa aren't going to be ready for at least two years, at which point who knows what happens..maybe Kadri or colborne is 1c by then.
