Unless Murray is available at #5, I don't see any point in drafting a d-man. We're already really deep at the position, and any d-man ranked that high is probably not all that far away. I hope we draft either Galchenyuk or girgensons, but we'd probably want to drop to take girgensons. Also, lol:

I play hockey because I enjoy it and it helps me stay in shape lol. Once you're an adult, the only equipment you really need to replace with any regularity is sticks anyway so the equipment cost isn't bad past the initial investment.

True. The only hobbies I really have (besides video games) are hockey and (this year) gardening. And I spend probably $700 a year on hockey...

Well....that's sorta what a wait period is :P Some people give themselves a waiting period ESPECIALLY if it was a long/serious relationship that made a big impact. Funny thing is though, EVERY WOMAN I've met after their first serious relationship, goes out and starts sleeping with a multitude of men to "experience new things", but the guy from the relationship ends up waiting a long time before getting any form of action or back into a relationship. Just a personal observation anyway. Sorry, I meant that the idea of an official or concrete waiting period is stupid.

Like everyone else said, "waiting periods" are stupid. Date whenever you feel ready to.

Well in terms of your normal train of thought, I do agree that cheating is one thing you theoretically don't have to worry about because it should be impossible in a polyamorous "relationship".

I don't have anyone on my ignore list. This kid is nothing compared to some of the stuff I've seen around here lol.

There's nothing much you can do, or at least no real advice I can give you other than to try to put it from your mind, and not bring it up with her. Eventually (hopefully) you'll grow to trust her completely.

I think what you need to do is to tell her about what had happened previously and about how you feel. I know that past relationships is a topic that you generally want to avoid, but I feel that this is something that really needs to be addressed. She knows about it entirely, we both know about each other's past relationships. She understands why I feel the way I feel, but I can tell my constant worrying annoys her. And it's not like I can just restrict her to not going out and hanging out with friends because I don't want her to, that's a pretty sure way to get dumped. As it should. A relationship with no trust is a worthless one.

If you don't trust her, it doesn't matter what you feel like. It takes two to cheat - not trusting "other guys" is the same thing as not trusting her because she has to agree to anything to be cheating.

If you're having these thoughts, you have to cut the bs and admit that you don't trust her fully, for starters.
