Rapid heal prayer, regen brace. Edit: I think resting may also heal you faster. More so with music.

Also good for black demons in the CT, you can safespot so it saves prayer potions.

No, it's not abuse. There is no extra time delay between clicking attack and attacking, just a visual delay; while the animation shows you being stationary casting the spell then shooting accross to your target, your grid coordinates are moving at the normal speed.

Mithril dragons are very easy, especially just 1. Pray protect from range, bring an anti-dragon shield and dragonfire potions, stand back 1+ square and their max with magic is like 16. Standard range gear works fine.

Besides being bad XP in general, SW gives no charms, no drops, and very little HP. Don't use it.

Zamorakian spear allows you to use the special 4 times, its a 25% special bar drain. Dragon spear drains 100%. Zamorakian spear also has the best stab attack in the game for a non degradable weapon. This is why it is used at Corp, weapons aren't always about the special attack. Dragon spear is also a 25% drain. The special is good for Castlewars. Other then that I can't think of any practical uses.

They are still obtainable by killing different kinds of birds.
