Bring a games necklace, an extra pouch, and a full BoB, dismiss your BoB right before the whirlpool, go in, drop how many potions your BoB can hold, teleport to the barbarian outpost, pick up the potions from your old BoB, go in, summon your BoB and fill it, pick up the potions you dropped.

Bandos. People use prosolyte so you don't have to recharge your prayer as often, so you don't have to pay as much attention. But unless you have bandos chest/fighters torso and tassets, neitiznot, and barrows gloves, void is better.
