A bit off topic but never the less: Chicago may get the 2016 ones, right now it's between: Tokyo Japan, Madrid Spain, Chicago United States, and Rio de Janeiro Brazil. Bank's might or might not be targeted, on one side people need to bank but on the the other it would be a whole new run out dds spec run in thing. Also, I'm sure a lot of people are going to have to get new home worlds or find new skilling worlds, but then again the ones set up by Jagex will be skilling, since w99 is law crafting (I think so) we'll at least be able to stay there.

I checked out Kongregate on hearing this and the community was a bit weird. Most were talking about inappropriate stuff but other then that the games are good. Most people say flag and rate 1 star for RS, so we'll get more people but not a large amount.

Not a good idea at all since "some" kids are more mature then adults and "some" adults are less mature then kids. You might as well make worlds for maturity but then you can't really judge if they're mature or not. I could say anything and people could believe me. The internet is a place where almost anything can be done without telling the truth.

Blackjacking is gone now since the animation with the new graphics take longer and the xp gets reduced. Try PP I did it from 53 to 99 and made around 7m or so. It's great xp and you can make some cash as well.

Yaks, bring iron - black knives and range pots. That's where I got 70 range from around your level.

Do hunter and stick with it, it will get boring but after that most other skills will seem easier.

My guess is 60-65 since guilds need to be challenging, however it depends where it is, if it's for f2p then probably 45-50, if members only then 60-65.

Get a dskirt/dlegs and a fighter torso, do Monkey Madness and try to get rune + gloves from RFD, dboots, obby cape, glory, rune defender and a warrior helm or helm of Neitiznot. A lot of questing and mini games but it will save your money for other things.

I used to feel like you, at level 86 combat or so with 3 99's the game felt repetitive. But you gotta find things to have fun with, go for all 99's, try to buy out the rare market, stuff like that. And as far as making friends goes just skill something and sooner or later you'll find someone.
