  1. I prefer the train since there is a lot more space.
  2. Okay, three to start.
  3. We already tried logic. It didn't work. It only worked since nobody was really interacting, and then eventually when they did interact everything fell into the fiery pits of confusion. The moderator would be the only one required to use the combat system. We would feed troop statistics to them, and they'd work it out. As long as the moderators are okay with it, the system works.
  4. Yeah, I'd try to put rails and hatches on the roof of each carriage, giving you a better position to shoot from if necessary, and making sure nobody falls off. Eventually, this would be upgraded into a full second story, with holes to shoot out from. Of course, this is thinking long term. A well built, two story train would essentially be a mobile fortress.
  5. Mobile = Replenishable supplies. Therefore, trains are better.
  6. Yeah. I like the idea. TZDF TRAIN FORCE GO
  7. Also, you can't move 100,000 troops from one side of the planet to the other in a year or something stupid. It just wouldn't work. That way, invasion forces do actually have a chance, since at most you'll be able to carry in 25,000 troops with an average sized fleet.
  8. Actually, that is a rather good idea. You essentially have a mobile base, which is spacious enough to store supplies, and strong enough to resist attack, basing this off of the trains here in England (Not sure if they're different in America, but probably not). You would need to put bars on the windows though, and make some other small modifications. As for cars and other vehicles, you can often find special train carriges designed specifically to carry them, so that would be ideal. Would probably be good for 8-15 people, as you can just stop at small towns to get more fuel and supplies.
  9. Thade tries to electrocute the deer for the lulz. He then heads outside to look for something interesting.
  10. I'll try to do a session at 11:00-11:30.
  11. 1. Thade walks to the computer and attempts to meld his mind with the satellite, giving him a constant feed of the terrain around him. 2. He uses the satellite to check for a nearby town. 3. He replies to the message "Fnie ma I" 4. He then wanders outside and looks around. (Saving action 5 in case something happens with 4)
  12. Didn't read thouroughly, but it looks good. I agree with Doom. Land battles are fun, since you need to work with terrain and weather and such. We just need to make sure there is a way to get troops onto the planet you'r invading. Drop pods wouldn't work, since the impact would reduce any human to the consistancy of chunky salsa. We could just abuse physics here and say that if their planetary defenses are lowered enough, you can send troops down using some wierd tech, but not all of them will make it (How many make it is dependant on the state of defenses)
  13. Indeed, as Kirby stated, you either want to stay out of view of a zombie, or kill it if it sees you. Even if it's 200 metres away and sees you, it will start to moan, which attracts more zombies. It will then follow you, continually attracting zombies until not killing that single zombie has left you with a swarm of 300 of them chasing you. To be honest, I'm not doubting a shotguns range, but it's only really good if you're already surrounded and fighting for your life to get out. You can't really silence a shotgun, and it's going to draw every zombie in a 10 mile radius directly towards you, making it a terrible choice. Doom, remember to take water purification tablets, as well as Vitamins.
  14. Okay, new character time...I don't want to use Enigma or Ares again, so I'll go with Thade. Before I start, are there any specific limitations on magitech?
  15. Mather, duel wielding is beyond pointless, and eating mushrooms in a forest is a bad idea. Some deadly mushrooms look almost exactly the same as regular, supermarket ones. Earth, berserking directly into a crowd of enemies is not a good tactic. At all. Not to mention you have no experience at all in genetics, and all living things naturally stray away from romero zombies. Plus the lack of equipment, it doesn't look good. Where would you set up a base, and how? I may be overanalysing here.
  16. I tried a deep fried mars bar before. It burns your mouth and tastes too sickly for one to digest.
  17. Not to mention that it'd take ages to take 51% of a planet. Or you could just abuse it and say "My people are really spread out"
  18. I don't see why Hex is looking down at me for browsing 4chan. Sure, most of it is trolls, but occassionally a hysterically funny gem will show up.
  19. I could handle the mental strain, but I've never been good with aiming firearms. Not that I've ever used one, but the best I can use as comparison is paintball.
  20. You could've told me you named something after me [/sarcasm] Give it a break, what the [bleep] do you get from keep making snidey comments against. Because it is so very lulzy.
  21. Seraphi replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Enigma tries to close the huge door from the other side (keypad or something) once Earth and Varius are through. Kimako searches the tiles of the shower room to see if she can find a hidden exit. Everyone stays on guard.
  22. Seraphi replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Enigma and Kimako run farther into the factory, through the door the mutant came through. He advises the others to do the same. Enigma also loots the bodies. Will split loot later.
  23. It wouldn't be accurate enough to snipe.
  24. Seraphi replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Enigma kills the final operational soldier, before jumping down, taking the hand of the soldier on the floor, and breaking his little finger. He then asks "Why are you here, and who are you working for." If he refuses to answer, he breaks the rest of his fingers in sequence.
  25. It isn't designed for sniping, as such. Long range gunfights, maybe, but by no means is that sniping.
