I am usually one to support plot/humour more than art, but this is where I draw the line. I cannot fathom why you thought stick figures would be acceptable, you need to have some kind of art style, whether it be the one in the post above mine, or a new art style you just created, stick figures will not do.

Get 68 summoning. Its quite easy to do and makes guthans basically obsolete. Definately get dragon boots and a fury, DO NOT LET ANYONE SAY FURY ISN'T WORTH IT. Warrior ring is cheap and fairly decent, no reason not to get one. Recipe for disaster is easy enough, barrow gloves own everything else, period. Barrows plate and legs are great, if you do not already have a torso, DO NOT GET ONE. Also, the quest for neitzot helm is fairly easy, and the helm is good, so you should get it.

No. It'd be slower overall, you're better off just training rapid then using whip for defense.

Yeah, I suppose I hadn't thought of that....I would still have to say somewhere near or in london though. Maybe like buckingham palace? It would probably be abandoned, and there would be only a few people there, so it would be possible to recruit and organize them.

I'd say for England, Heathrow airport, for america, no idea, there aren't many places where everyone can go quickly. After we have all met, we contact the other countries branches and arrange a place for the entire force to meet.
