Good outlook. When someone has some kind of disorder, a lot of people are too quick to make a judgement - be it positive or negative. Having been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, even my own mother blames all my faults on that. I mean, okay, but getting talked to like you're a [developmentally delayed] gets somewhat wearisome after while. I know full well what IS caused by AS and what ISN'T for me. I have some co-ordination difficulties and trouble with noise/lights and crowds, but socially I'm just any ordinary introvert. I speak a little eccentrically, but I got pretty good at reading how people feel and can easily sense if someone is fed up with me/wants to change topic. It's just good that my "interests" are common topics that most people I know enjoy talking about. Yeah, anyway, my point is that making some judgement based on a diagnosis, true or false, is no way to look at other people at all. There's so much more to people than "x is depressed, y is autistic, z is schizophrenic". A diagnosis is a useful but ultimately stigmatizing label.
