Unless you own your own exchange and controls who uses it, you can't say nobody else does. is it possible that the jack my ethernet is plugged into sucks noodles and also that my house has like 4 devices on the wifi signal, not to mention 2 computers directly linked to my router? if that IS the problem, then what do you suggest i do? get a better router? that may be true, but there's still no such thing as an M21 EBR, which is the issue at hand. it's either the M14 EBR or the M21. no EBR. the M14 is technically a battle rifle. the m21 is a strict sniper system. to call a sniper system an enhanced battle rifle, that's just dumb, if not also a little redundant since the EBR part of the M14 means it is enhanced, usually with a scope.

"screw the rules I have money" comes to mind....cookie to whoever can tell me who said it first anyways....i dont think a 3 strike system is harsh enough. it should be a 1 month ban for 1st offense and then perma for 2nd. 14 days is too easy, especially if the person isnt even playing anyways. if anything, the bot will be the one that goes into withdrawl.

Changes could be made such as: - Everyone MUST learn on a manual, and take the road test ON A MANUAL. That alone seems reasonable enough. thats true but i just really see the practicality other than saying you got one...its not really a sports sedan... anyone here know anything about modding hondas? i'm looking into an ITR (gen 3) and when i can muster up about $15k i want to turbo it. i know id need to change the camshafts because stock ones cant handle the boost (about 10 psi, btw), and also ill need to lower the c/r or else the engine will blow up at that level of boost. to do that, ill need 9:1 pistons, and i'm looking at a set too. but the pistons are 81.5mm and the cylinders in the engine are 81...does that mean i have to bore the cylinders another .5mm? also, gotta re-sleeve the cylinders. my main question is, anything else in the engine that i need to change out? i know stock internals wont hold boost too well, so they have to go, but other than that and the replacing of the pistons, i should be good, right?

Nah you can OHKO from chest up and it's good for stealth. yeah. the only drawback is a 6 round mag with is ridiculous for a semi-auto, but i guess it's all to balance. last prestige i tried to finish the FMJ challenges so i could get 12 rounds, but nope. Just go on Highrise and shoot through the windows. I got WA2000 mastery on my 0th prestige. i find it easier to bling with ACOG and FMJ and run around in HxC potshotting through walls. i did that with my M14 when i was 0 prestige (along with SCAR and FAL) on skidrow (as soon as i spawn on rangers, i run under that room with the hole that looks down the tunnel. the wall next to the doorway facing the tunnel lines up PERFECTLY with the tunnel) and i got most of my FMJ kills for mastery that way, mostly through spamming a whole clip before i run away. now that i have those masteries, i use FMJ normally, and it actually helps a lot in HxC; i'm just not trying for FMJ kills anymore, just playing normally. the occasional potshot gets me a random headshot and i grin when that happens but i dont spam through walls randomly anymore; i only do that if i KNOW someone is there.

I HAVE [bleep]ING HAD IT WITH THE BULL [cabbage]. 1st game i play today, domination on skidrow, go 35-14, called in 4 air strikes, got the carpet bomber challenge with the 2 jets that come in before the harrier, and maybe 5+ headshots with my FAL. and guess what?! the [bleep]in host dashboards, i dont get [cabbage] because then i lag out after that (and im [bleep]ing pissed at my [cabbage] net too). even in the game summary after i get back into the LIVE lobby says i unlocked "carpet bomber" title and the cod4 star, but no accolades and no [bleep]in points/headshots/challenge completetions when i look in my barracks. i was in a pregame lobby when it kicked me out saying "could not migrate host" and then half a second after being in my own lobby it said "you must be signed into LIVE etc.". if i [bleep]ing got into the post game/pregame lobby before i get booted from live, shouldnt my challenges and stuff update immediately?!?!?! what the [bleep] is this [cabbage]!? then next [bleep]ing game hardcore karachi, i have a [cabbage] connection because some redneck on the other team and their [bleep] party have host advantage, so i [bleep]in empty 3 shots in a guy, and he shoots 1 [bleep]in shotgun and kills me. and get this! i shot a guy with the spas, shouldve been a [bleep]ing headshot, but he somehow walks right through it and goes and gets the GWKC. next game, same rednecks on the other team so you can guess my connection, i get maybe 4 headshots with the FAL in hardcore TDM on overgrown and then i start lagging like a mother so [bleep]ing bad that i just [bleep]ing pull the ethernet cable out of my [bleep]ing xbox and shut it off. i dont really give a [cabbage] if i get the RRD because then maybe ill get a new xbox with a better processor or something like that. im fairly certain my net is [cabbage], but theres no reason for me to be perfectly dandy one minute, and the next lagging like a [bleep]ing mother as im trying to shoot a [bleep]. The M14 is complete rape in CoD4. <3: i own cod4. i was a beast m40 sniper (not a [bleep]y quick scoper). G3 > FAL. M14 with ACOG in HxC = ultimate support sniper. good try though. i could probably beat you in cod4 too vale. honestly, if someone kills themselves in last stand, whoever put them there should get an assisted suicide instead of getting robbed a kill.

^ yes, thats what the update had (with the map pack)...you didnt know? :P PS3 user anyways....it's not so much 10th prestige hackers that irk me, but it's the [bleep]s who also get all challenges done with those lobbies. that just ruins the game. the challenges are like quests in RS. you do them on your own time to have fun, and your reward is a nifty title that shows that youve finished that challenge (like quest reward items, achievement diary capes, quest cap, etc). but because youre too much of a lazy [cabbage] to do the challenges yourself and you think the game is ALL ABOUT MY SPINNING 10TH PRESTIGE EMBLEM THAT LOOKS GOD AWFUL ANYWAYS, then you've already lost. like in RS, some people play for PvP, some people play with friends and do whatever, and some people skill, and some people quest. but the game isn't about 1 aspect. and the fact that people are so lazy to do challenges themselves that they have to hack to complete them just pisses me off.

lol sabo....my friends and I get a party of 6, half of us have scavenger and i've got my OMA. i ctf run and grab the bomb, bring it back to the base, we camp in one spot with unlimited Seymours, and when there's 5 min left, we charge the enemy base and plant and win. funny, the charging part is sorta like the nerds gone wild stuff in the sense that everyone runs in a line and half of us have the riotshield class on.
