funniest time for me (a "had to be there moment"): so i'm playing with my friends (like 5 of us) and there is a clan of 6 in the lobby. this one kid, really obnoxious, but really funny, starts copying their clan tag and goes on like "lookat these posers! i made this clan, like, 2 and a half years ago. i remember how many members we had exactly. it was threehundred and fifty seven (or some random ass number like that). you guys aren't FIT to wear that clan tag! take it off now!" whenever they tried to 'counter', he would say "no, shut up kid. don't talk to me" and proceed to continue on his rant. then he goes on his drum set and bangs out a horrible beat, and they all leave the lobby. i was literally dying on the floor laughing my ass off so hard, my mom looked at me with concern and was like "are you okay?" and i couldnt answer.

TORA TORA TORA. great movie. the pearl harbor attack from the Japanese POV. lol @ "the patriot" mentioned earlier. that was a crap movie. i saw Glory, great movie. Gettysburg is good also. Schindlers iist isnt realy a war movie, just set in WWII time. still, one of the greatest movies of all time. what was that movie set in the philippines about that prison rescue? that movie was good. EDIT: this one is a must see: the grave of the fireflies. not a war movie, but takes place during a war. literally made me cry.

symphony X's website says that theyre practically done with their new album. dont know how accurate that is because there are no year stamps, only days and months. and who here listened to dragonforce before GH3? i, for one, did. saw one of their valley of the damned songs on iO tunes and got both that album and inhuman rampage.

i agree with saru...sometimes the singing style (not so much the lyrics, but how they are presented) ruins the song. like, i dont like pig squeal metal and the likes of singing that i cant understand (cannibal corpse comes to mind). i like to listen to metal that i can understand what they are saying. i'm more of a metalcore guy. would Maiden be classified as metal? i was thinking hairmetal, correct? edit: i did have a very brief shade empire phase (symphonic metal). still like the symphonic genre, but not so much the emo lyrics
