Yes you're right. But if you got a cape that not many people got before achievement capes, and after the update a lot of people got the same cape, do you think your achievement is worse then before the update?

Maybe RS really turned into a grind fest. So be it. I really don't care. I call myself an experienced player (almost 6 years now on this account). If you look at my stats; they aren't that great. I don't got much questpoints. I do what ever I want. A few posts before me a guy stated that it was better to get x amount of lvls one after each other then x amount in this skill and then an x amount in a other skill. I know you are right but I don't care on how long it takes to get an x amount of lvls in a skill. I just play for fun and that is what you should do. Not for the 99's, not for the most money, just for the fun of the game. ~Dutch

I got a Fletch cape and I like it. You shouldn't get a 99 just because you like the cape. In my opinion you get a 99 just because you like the skill or you're really good at the skill, not because of some cape.

Well I really like your stats. They are much better then mine (excluding a few :twisted: ) Your bank is also much better then mine! (I'm playing for about 3 years and have a BoB of 10.5m) Keep on going like you're doing now and you will be fine :thumbsup:

I don't think they should change the requirements of the weapon but more of the difficulty of the monsters that drop the hilts and shards.

I always get them pretty often. Just keep trying untill you get one.

You could also try to buy iron and buy/mine coal and make steel bars

I think for some things you need to wait full 24 hour and for other just until the next day.
