  1. How do you know he/she did it in a day? -Mitch-
  2. It's definately a fan issue. Take all your fans off, clean them and put them back. It could be a dust trap. Also, take one fan out, boot up your computer... then if it still whirs, put that one back in and take another out.. Untill you've done it with all of them. You're bound to come across it. -Mitch-
  3. I logged in a few days ago to check out something. "You last logged in 203 days ago" 8-) Doesn't really seem that long. :| -Mitch-
  4. Here it goes... But don't laugh at my love for Pokemon. I was watching a little Pokemon... As you do. Then something sad happened. And I almost cried. It was a sentual moment.. I didn't actually cry, but I was close. I told my girlfriend about it the next day as a conversation starter, she laughed and gave me a funny look. The next day, after school, me and her went to her house to watch a movie before going out. We were sitting there and she had a tear in her eye, I asked "What's wrong?" and she just replied with "The film... It's sad... Don't you think?"... Me.. Being "the man" had no feelings towards the film whatsoever, so I just said "Not really, she's just a bit unlucky", referring to the movie. Then my girlfriend got up, gave me a funny look and said "Holy... Mitch... You're a geek. You'd cry on Pokemon, but you wouldn't cry on this?!" ... I just stared blank and laughed. I could carry on with other geeky/nerdy things, but you'd most likely get bored with the length of the post. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâì_̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâì -Mitch-

Word. I never really liked the show, but the games are so damn addictive. Makes me wonder why he haven't seen a (real) Pokemon MMORPG :P You summed it up. :D

There's a better one out there that a friend told me a few months ago: It goes something along the lines of... John Thomson was speeding down the highway at about 110mph and a cop pulls him over, this cop seemed old and close to the end of his working days, and says "Holy... Sir, you do realise how fast you were travelling then, don't you? I'm gonna' have to give you a speeding ticket, that was incredibly dangerous!" ... John replies, "Well, officer, I've got ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã300, 000 worth of crack under those seats in the back, I've got a 44 magnum in the glove-box... And you don't wanna' know who's in the trunk." ... The officer runs to his car, grabs the radio and screams down it "Calling all units! Armed suspect visable with dead victim in trunk!" Within a few minutes, tens of patrol cars turn up, fully armed and approach John's car. They shine the torch in his face and shout "Out of the car sir", John questioned "Why? What's the matter officer?" "You know, sunshine", replied the cop. Whilst all the other police officers searched the seats, the trunk and the glove-box for all those items and the dead body they returned and said "Sir, we've found nothing... he has NOTHING!" John replied with.. "I bet that old bat told you I was speeding too, eh?" Thus, they thought the old cop was around the bend... And John got out of a speeding ticket. ;) Hope you liked it. -Mitch-
  7. ... And I thought 'I' was good at basketball. Awesome. -Mitch-
  8. OK, considering only me and Phil turned up... Either the rest of you are lazy, or we should post one which is more into the future. -Mitch-
  9. Right, we've sorta' got a few people coming now. So, I think we should use the server provided: 87.98.194.28:27045 - <<< I will be there from 7pm to 8pm tonight (25th April - GMT) with Phil. Those who want to join are welcome. Any changes in the next hour and half, I'll kep you updated. For those who don't know how to connect directly to an IP: Here are the instructions: 1: Press "`" in your server window to bring up the console. 2: Type in "connect 87.98.194.28:27045" (Or any IP of which you would like to join. It's as simple as that. There is no admin there, so I'm not sure about Maps. Many thanks. -Mitch-
  10. I can't stand people who you tell something to, thinking they'll either want to know or be interested and they just reply with "" or "..." It REALLY seems to annoy me. I call them ignorant *s, then close the conversation, usually. -Mitch-
  11. Grr. I really don't like it when people accidently die, either. It's very unfortunate. I actually live in Wales, and can admit that it's extremely dangerous. I'm here anytime for you, Sluggy. -Mitch-
  12. Dollars, right? -Mitch-
  13. I don't mean to gloat, but my parents have had high expectations for me for the past 5 years, then decided to invest into my future. I now have ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã17, 000 in the bank ready for when I go to uni(I'm 15 at the moment)... And they're still paying into it. That's personally what I advise anybody to do(younglins such as myself). Even if you don't get into uni... You can use it somewhere else, could help you alot in life. Maybe you should start doing other jobs, easy stuff.. Or you could progress on a hobby and turn it into a money-making plan. Eg: Graphics design: If you like that, start reading more and more upon it... Expanding your knowledge.. Then advertise yourself. Start a small, out of the way, business. Make sure it fits in with your life though, and doesn't take over it. Thanks for the interesting topic. -Mitch-
  14. Can I just ask... Why did you even bother posting? -Mitch-
  15. Jak: I've added you to MSN, but you haven't appeared online, as of yet. If you have had no request for me to add you; add this address: "[email protected]". Loth: Can you make an exception and play some De_Dust and the likes? xD -Mitch- EDIT: By the way, all are free to add me on their MSN.
  16. Righto', so we have a few players. I have no set time of which I'm on there apart from Clan Training which is from 6.30pm to 8.30pm (GMT). So: Phil - I've already got you on MSN so us setting something up would be easily done. I'll PM the rest of the guys. -Mitch-
  17. Righto'... Here it goes: I'm an excessive Counter Strike: 1.6 player and decided thismorning that I need some new people to play as I'm getting sick of the French people. So, I thought, "Where better, than to ask the people of Tip.it?". So, if you want to play some Counter Strike, post here and we shall sort something out. If this goes well, maybe we can have a league, with seperate parts of TIF making their own teams or what-not. Post away. EDIT: Those who have HL1 can get CS:1.6 for free. -Mitch-
  18. You using a 360? I'm guessing so.
  19. Ever heard od Xlink Kai, or how about XB connect? apinagez* thats pretty much it. Grr.. You're the only person I've found who has Halo 2 and X-Link... And THEN you go and break the Halo 2 disk.. PFFT! I coulda' had hours of fun beating you about with my energy sword on there. And another thing, I honestly prefer Halo 2 because you need more skill to play it than Halo 1. I'd like to see you complete Halo 2 as quick as you can complete Halo 1 on Legendary. Well, that's how it worked for me... Halo 1 proved to be a much lesser challenge. -Mitch- I don't know whether you're kidding me or what I couldn't even finish Halo 1... it just frustrated me to no end Halo 2 was a walk in the park by comparison =\ (especially with that invisibility on the one guy) The other way 'round for me. Shame we can't to co-op over XBL. -Mitch-

  21. http://www.tshirthell.com Has some explicit pictures, but it's not too bad. Good tees there. -Mitch-
  22. What type of game will it be? FPS, RPG... ect? -Mitch-
  23. Haven't you got to soak it in egg in the frying pan? Anyways: I've noticed that "Extra Thick" bread is pointless. I went to my friends house a week or two ago and made some toast, using the "Extra Thick Bread"... I took it out of the toaster, ready to butter it. Spread the butter on, and as I pressured the bread with my knife, it just flattened. I was all "What.. The... ? It's like a puffy yorkshire pudding that pops when you poke it" It was quite a let-down. NEVER BUY EXTRA THICK! It only dissapoints you. :( -Mitch-
  24. Yeah, I totally agree. Throughout reading the topic I thought of that several times. I'm sure in the US it's much different than here in the UK, though. Even though several parts of the US have that stereotypical background. As for myself, I'm on the computer most of my spare time, yet I'm still the best basketballer at my school. Maybe that has something to do with the fact I'm 6ft 2" and barely 15. But until I was introduced to RS, I was out playing Rugby, Javelin, Basketball, Football.. I was sports mad. I can honestly say I'm not as fit as I used to be. And it's because of this. But now I'm getting back in-shape. Hour of Powerballing a day and down the gym a few times a month. I'm not so pale, as some of you say you are, as I just visited Lanzarote. Very hot there. Played basketball the whole time. But back on-topic: I'd rather my kids stay close to home(when I have them) rather than drinking and smoking drugs on a street-corner. And if I had a daughter, that would be worse. She'd definately be a gamer-chick. 8) If she was let loose around here, she'd be pregnant at about 13-16. -Grrs at modern-day society- Good discussion. -Mitch-
  25. Right, here you can post all the April Fools that you performed on your friends, family whatever. It just hit 00:15 here, and I'm in the middle of pranking somebody already. Should be fun reading all yours. -Mitch-
