Best of Blur Album art lookalike (work in progress)
I've got some eyebrowes on there and that's about it... I got a little moody after I kept messing up on the mouth, so I left it. :P Maybe I'll have another go tomorrow. I just got a picture off Rick, too... It'll be good to see if I can get that done by the end of tomorrow. He got cool hair which will be interesting to sketch. -Mitch-

Best of Blur Album art lookalike (work in progress)
Tidy.... And regarding to one of the first posters: The background gives it that extra bit.... I like it. At Matt, gimme' a pic of you over MSN, I'll do one in Paint. :P -Mitch- EDIT: I started work on Jake Gyllenhaal (I asked Matt for a picture of him, but he said to do this guy, so I did) Instead of brushing, I decided to work ona bit of line art in MS Paint, first: After I finish with that, I'll attempt to shade it. Could be a little difficult, though. A little C&C would be appreciated, too. (Sorry for asking it on your thread, Matt) -Mitch-

Is it worth too...
Can you still get Win98 format discs? :P Try getting your hands on a WinXP Pro CD if you're running over 192mb of RAM. It may run a tiny bit slower, but it worth it. -Mitch-

Facial hair/shaving
I think females got it the worst: 1) Pregnancy - Painful. 2) Breasts - They would annoy me if I were a female, anyways. 3) Menstruation - Needless to say. :P 4) The fact that you're expected to mature at an earlier age - Pointless. I think I got a little point accross. -Mitch-

History's most influential inventions
Damn you, I was gonna' say sweets and then say "Eg. The Skittle" :P Anyways, where would we be without the discovery of electricity? Where would we be if we didn't know how to transmit signals through thin-air? Cables... they're useful. Bad things: Clothes... Now, come on... We have fire for warmth... Nakedness for the win! The School curriculum; very badly written. And I think that's about it. -Mitch-

What age did you stop believing in santa?
OK, this thread has ruined my Christmas! I HATE YOU ALL! Meh, I stopped believing in him when I was about 8, methinks. Me and my sister went downstairs and caught my parents building my sister's play-house-thing. Their excuse was "Santa delivers them and we have to put them together, how do you expect him to fit THAT down the chimney?" Sad thing was, my sister was gullable enough to believe it. -Mitch-

Are Atheletes Over-Paid?
30k a year. My Mum would be rich compared to them if that happened. :P Football players = Overrated. Rugby Players = Underrated. Football players barely get hurt... Yet completely make a fool of themselves trying to fake their injury. But then again... We have rugby players... These people are super... They get kicked in the face, punched, broken fingers, ankles.. The lot. Yet, they decide to carry on playing without as much as an "Ouch." -Mitch-

I also created a bot
First you forgot to say "first post" lol and secondIdont know what you mean Does he have to say "first post"? He was being sarcastic for some of that post. Who cares about some stupid bot that someone else coded and you just put the phrases in to? Also, did this really warrant a new topic!? Maybe you should have posted it on the other guy's topic where he said he made his bot. -Mitch-

Oh those teachers...
As far as I'm concerned, after hearing his ending comment of "Just leave, I can't be bothered with you anymore," I feel as if I shouldn't even bother with my Technology work as he seems not to care. He asked us to do work, we did and he didn't even look at it when we asked him. Once more and I'm dropping the subject, I reckon. Oh yeah, forgot about what he said before we left. I guess that pushed us a little more. What we should have said was something along the lines of: "No, you will be bothered or I won't be bothered with your work." -Mitch-

Agreed. And that bot made no sense half of the time. I'll post some of the comment when I get back. -Mitch-

Oh those teachers...
Haha, funny this topic came up. The day before yesterday; me and Rhys bumped into our Technology (DT) teacher. He said: "Right boys, when you've finished the design on Pro Desktop(some crap designing program) give the other kids a hand." So... We go in... (By the way, the assignment was to design a table in this program) Me and Rhys, COMPLETELY draw the X-Box, almost perfectly as our table-top and then we threw some legs on and it looked pretty cool. Anyways, we're finished. Whilst the other kids have barely done a basic table with a top and four legs. So, we just sit there waiting for them to ask for help. One kid asked and Rhys went over to give him a hand. Anyways, the lesson ends and we go for dinner. At the end of dinner we were heading to Science and we walked past that Tech teacher again and he said "Down my room at the end of the day, boys." So we were like: "Aye, whatever." We went down after Science and he said "Stand there, boys." And he pointed against the wall. So, we stood there and he said: "I understand you completely ignored the task given today?" *Silence* "I asked you to give the other boys a hand, didn't I?" Me: "Yeah, we gave hand when asked." "Well, I was told you didn't give any sort of help whatsoever, is that true?" Rhys: "No." Him: "Well, you're not working to the best of your ability boys, I'm telling you. The two boys who wanted to drop Tech beat you in that challenge." (By the way, that challenge was bull and was nothing to do with this, but he decided to include it to make us feel bad) "So, do you think you could put alot more effort into this?" Rhys: "No, it's not our job to teach the class, sir." And considering this teacher hasn't even seen our work for the past three weeks. I think he's in for a little surprise when he sees our's compared to the other people's. Summary So, after me babbling on; to sum things up... He basically asked us to teach the class. Which we didn't... So he punished us. There is nothing in the school's curriculum where it says: "Children have to teach the class." I don't think he understands... Maybe we should go to speak to him. What do you lot think? -Mitch-

runescape wont finish loading
I don't think telling a computer-illiterate person to delete files within the Windows folder is a good idea, even though it may fix it. -Mitch- I'll bet my left you know what that it would fix it. That folder is the RS files, it's the quickest way to fix his problem. Sorry if this troubles you. I know the Windows directory is a VERY scary place..... I wasn't saying it won't work. I'm saying that it may be a little dangerous for anyone, (you could accidently delete something) to go around deleting Windows folders. I can almost guarantee that it would work, but still... ^^^ -Mitch-
