I'm hoping I don't feel like that later on in my life. Make sure you really want her to know... Well it is kind of important so I will have to either tell her or simply wait until she comes and visits me and finds out herself(not a good idea). Tbh I'm not 100% sure why I didn't tell her yet. I suppose if needs be I could probably think up of a few reasons but I don't want to make an excuse. I didn't do something I should of, end of. Call her now or whenever she'll be available. Gauge her mood (don't drop a bombshell if she had a bad day) and tell her. It'll be hard but once you get going it gets easier to talk about it.
  2. but lets be serious. I was.
  3. :wall: :wall: :wall: how did I not think of that; greatest religion(if reality) ever. How is that a religion? It is official - enough people voted for it in the census... sometime. My religion teacher told me. : How many people have to vote for a religion before it is a religion. I mean yeah you have those people who swear George Lucas is a real jedi and didn't make up anything, but I never thought they were organized. :? :ohnoes: It was an organized joke not organized crackpots.
  4. They put in the [bleep]ing oven. So it wouldn't matter... I'd eat it if it was free.
  5. You've been beaten to the punch by people who've been beaten to the punch by people who've been beaten to the punch by the original person who suggested it.
  6. I will say there's more than the standard 5 senses... I'm skeptical when it comes to the paranormal but you can't deny the existence of intuition and "gut feelings" I've learned are generally right. That said, I'd be interested in seeing if a psychic could figure me out. If so I'd believe...
  7. Then there should be neither surprise nor outrage when they are caught and prosecuted. Meh... I'm pro-piracy because I'm anti-profiteering. They're wasting their time with the prosecution anyway.
  8. All you people who haven't heard of Tiga... wtf? I live in the US and I've heard of it...
  9. As I see it, the problem isn't that it's impossible to moderate what torrents are uploaded, the problem is that Pirate Bay didn't even try. Also, I don't think it is impossible, although I do concede that it would take a lot of work. All they would have had to do is make it so that each torrent had to be approved before being posted to the site. If they could not prove that a torrent's content was legal for distribution, then it doesn't go up on the site. Simple. It's just not that simple. TPB gets tens of millions of hits daily, and new torrents are created every other second. The amount of staff, processing work, and extra lines of programming required to actually get that moderation system in place would make TPB all but useless to use for generic, fair-use torrenting. And yes, it does go on. There's also the matter of cloaking a torrent to throw off this system, which makes it more of a headache to implement than simply trying to trust the end user. In the end, they're the ones that abused the system. I guess it works both ways, since even though a convention was broken, it isn't like the rule could have been enforced anyway... I merely said it was a simple solution, I never said it was an easy solution. Pirate Bay and other torrent hosts don't even try. The fact that it would be difficult to implement and run does not absolve them of their responsibility. What if the police stopped investigating murders simply because it is expensive, difficult and they're not always successful? If torrent sites screened the torrents that were being uploaded and removed the illegal ones as soon as they realized they had slipped through, then they would have a strong defense of making every reasonable attempt to keep illegal torrents off of their site. They know it's illegal and they (torrent providers in general) take pride in it...
  10. I'll care when I can get a personal clone to harvest organs from so I can do whatever I want with no consequence.
  11. They're gonna be force-fed some Swedish meatballs.
  12. And chickens run around in circles getting blood everywhere... : As long as Pirate Bay removes the torrents for copyrighted material from thier site, they will have no futher problems like this and be allowed to operate freely. Then it'll be empty.
  13. TPB is probably going to stay alive. Cockroaches can life a long time without a head.
  14. They've been convicted. And you usually make such informed posts...
  15. The way it works is that at lightspeed travel time for you is slower than those around you. You don't progress in time near as fast as they do. So you could travel forward but not back to where you departed.
  16. Anything screamo.
  17. I know I fail for this but... in b4 lock!
  18. Ouch! Scathing criticism there. Highlights how pathetic the human race has become (or always has been, to be honest)...
  19. I thought about doing that. It's just not the same. Agreed... for some reason the album is better than a mix. And I like cover art.
  20. How else would I listen to good stuff in the car? Yeah... I'm going to get blank CDs though and put my illegally downloaded music on them.
  21. If I yelled at my mom for doing that, she'd be like (in a low voice, mind you), "I'm sorry..." that's not really a good thing. My mom would yell back and then say my whole generation is spoilt and they don't have respect for anybody. I guess I'm the only one that would be hit if I yelled at my mom. I'd be yelled back at, mind you. And I rarely ever yell at my parents anyway. Last time I retaliated. That was a bad day...
  22. Nope, my parents seem to trust my judgment. I don't really have any restrictions except that if I go anywhere (yeah right) they want to know where I am. Oh and no drugs.
  23. Noooo! Not my precious Pirate Bay! Hope for a successful appeal.
