I think an interesting drop system would be to tier your drop based on your contribution to killing the boss. For instance, base loot for hitting the boss even once, then maybe access to a better drop table(s) after a certain amount of damage is dealt, and a special drop for the one who deals the killing blow and the one who deals the most damage. To favour FFA teams, have LS teams count as a single entity that receives drops from different tables, and then their drops are split between them.

Since next week Mod Chris L is going to talk about the new boss, I went through the HLF feedback thread to get everything currently known about it.

I don't get how the general Piscatoris area is hard to access when you can just dial AKQ or use a phoenix scroll.

I break concentrated blast after the second shot, so I get 2 hits of it in 4 ticks, before returning to my normal cycle. You could think about it as a 200% damage ability that takes 4 ticks instead of a standard 3 tick ability. e: actually come to think of it, I think you can get the first two shots off from concentrated blast in 3 ticks, which would make it a 200% ability. Need to check in game. Other problem: If you use t70 wand/book dw, your spell ability damage is going to be less than when using ABS

Monkey Madness, Underground Pass, Regicide - getting lost in a new big town/complex dungeon/maze-like forest in these quests added a lot of exploration which just doesn't happen in most new quests/dungeons we get.
