  1. Isn't there a start button in Windows 7? See that's a completely valid point why someone should vote no, it actually takes the system into account. I do agree auto guilded would make ecto even more unappealing and thus irrelevant, but on the other hand I like to think the ecto can act as the "human effort for cheaper xp" while the guided is more convenient but more expensive. Of course the relative speeds of xp gain make ecto rather inefficient from a money saving point of view, but that's not on me. I think Ecto's long done and dusted, with how common gilded altars are in 07 now :P My point is that compared to flat out burying bones, you're already saving a ton of GP and time, so the extra effort to click on the altar should be present to balance this out.
  2. I think it's a fair trade-off for 3.5x XP. Three clicks to offer as opposed to one for burying. Look at the Ectofunctus, it's 4x XP for bone-grindingly boring work.
  3. you're evidently a basket case  Joining Zaaps in the post-scape club now, gratz
  4. Wonder if the Factions tab on the highscores is indicative of how the world events are going to be ran and tracked. Keen to see how the seasonal highscores will work and how they'll fill up.
  5. Sorry, couldn't come up with something as feely as that. TNPW post a sandwich recipe they'd like to try.
  6. How about a huge boss (requiring a concerted effort from 30+ players) where you can expect to die, sometimes more than once, but as long as you dealt a certain amount of damage to it, you are guaranteed a drop in a reward coffer? Was thinking of a boss similar to Demon Flash Mobs, but with an associated dungeon to go with it, as well as low level monsters (think Kalphite Hive, Polypore Dungeon, but with a massive beast at the bottom), and a reward coffer outside the boss chamber.
  7. Using the whole efficient thought pattern loosely... I would prefer potato cacti over cactus spines because I would harvest for the magic potion ingredient over the yew tree protection cost payment. You can just sell one spine and buy three potato cacti?...
  8. Potato cactus plant apparently functions like the original cactus. The problem is that cactus spines are worth way more than the potato cactus hurr hurr. Should have made the potato cactus give both spines and potato cacti.
  9. I can't quite get the tone of this post, coming from you :P
  10. How did Goon do that o_O Blaze.
  11. welcome to another of tip.it's finest efficiency debates seriously though you should just do what you like, don't ever feel pressured to do something because it's more "efficient" if you can't bring yourself to agree with it.
  12. Imageshack (sorry). Made me chuckle. TNPW post a Calvin and Hobbes strip.
  13. This is what we had before Run Energy, or rather, this is what RS1/RSC still has. Fatigue was somehow tied to Agility; a higher Agility level meant Fatigue didn't build up to 100% as quickly. Yeah, it was a cumulative system, too. Maybe enough time has passed that most players have no memory of that, but for those that do... it could be slightly confusing. I'd be so amused if we got beds and sleeping bags back. Really? I don't recall fatigue build-up being tied to agility level, but the amount of XP you were receiving for skilling/combat. They also claimed that eating food reduced fatigue, but it was some puny and pointless amount.
  14. Any clue if the potato cactus can be harvested multiple times? I know it's in the cactus patch but they've already bucked that trend with the bush patches, and the wiki just says that the harvest is "a potato cactus", which would make it pretty pointless lol. The grapevines apparently function like fruit trees/bushes, so they're probably going to be the most useful thing to come out of this update. E: Wishing well fruit is described on this page http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Wishing_well_fruit
  15. So 3x Profit? Shittttttt. nah, that's a loss of 323gp, on top of the cost of 3 wishing well bush seeds lol. related to high rolling on bush seeds:
  16. You might be headed to some warning points with that OT post Ginger! Hang on a sec ...
  17. I actually enjoy taking buses. Gives you a chance to unwind over a long journey and to observe other commuters. TNPW explain if they'd be willing to serve in their country's military (in any role).
