That is what they're doing. And no, Ryan's not on the Elf Team, this one is either Srowley or Giara. If they ever add an NPC who's trying to fill a drop codex, why not? :P

I don't think there's a particular need to have each skillcape look unique, given that they have historically been recoloured templates of each other, as well as the precedent it would set by having to have each new skillcape be unique. On top of that, it would practically require a revision of all the current master skillcapes, given that they're supposed to be a step up of their level 99 counterparts.

Dark beasts should be getting a drop table improvement with the Elf Task Set. Hopefully it'll include a new unique item, but currently these guys are horrible compared to abyssal demons. The drops are really, really boring too ...

I think 5 has the nicest shoulder/tassel design, but the icon is horrid. I can see that they're going to use that ugly curved cape model though :<
