Can't you already repair t90 with the energies/scales at the moment? Or is it combining armour pieces of different charges only.

Given that the barrows and shadow dyes can be obtained from hard clues, I highly doubt it :P

You have to kill the attack option then select the target NPC, don't you? I was doing that with my titan.

It was pretty balanced in really early Beta, when shields accounted for almost 50% of your total armour value, as opposed to the less than 20% now.

Well, the rates I quoted are apparently only for skills at level 99. BXP in a skill is apparently worth more if that skill's level is lower.

It's roughly 3500 Firemaking BXP for one point. For the other skills I had BXP in, they were all around 1500 per point. These are with the discount too, so after you've bought 200 points, subsequent points will cost twice as much BXP. Skill outfit pieces are 250 points each.

Do the bombs still hit 4800 at the extreme ends of it? Because that still makes zero sense lol.

Different skills have their BXP weighted differently, it seems. RC BXP is worth way more in terms of points compared to FM BXP.

Why is it so vital that the top-end bosses are taken off the cape? When the Fight Kiln was released, Har-Aken became a top-end boss and a solo encounter testing your endurance and PVM skills, as well as a requirement for the completionist cape. When the Queen Black Dragon was released, it became the new top-end solo boss, a test of "twitch" skills to an extent, as well as a requirement for the completionist cape. If you had bad internet, you'd have trouble with both. If you had a bad computer that lagged, you'd have trouble with both. If you disconnected, you'd die, and in the case of the QBD stand to lose some gp on degradables or whatever. If you had bad gear, you'd have a horrible time on both. What reason is there to remove Araxxor + Araxxi when that duo is basically a step up from both of these bosses, as expected from progression in an MMO?

My bad - slice is a 110% ability, which makes it better than kick. I read that it had been nerfed to 92%, but that was only punish. Replace kick with slice.
