So they decided to baby the whiners? Doesn't surprise me. Lazy people will always whine. Hopefully Jagex ignore them someday so Runescape isn't filled with more low-level quests then there are already. At least the lazy whiners weren't able to nerf the rewards.

Thats better imo. Still a little purple, but not as much as the previous one.

I liked it. Had a darker feeling to it then the original. Was kind of mysterious, like something bad was about to happen or had happened. Very nice. |^_^|

There are a ton compared to the usual. I was amazed at all the little additions they released. :P The only real permanent reward is the Emote + two items you get though. The hidden stuff is just for fun. Name me some things i should be checking out? Christmas Graphics have been added to: Daemonheim, Rellekka, Falador Park, Ardougne Market, Draynor Market and The Grand Exchange. If you talk to Kris after the event, he gives you a Jar full of Christmas Spirit. Use it on other players for a Guthan's Spear effect. You can grab more Dwarven Spice (Gunpowder) from the Kitchen after the event. Not sure what use it has. You can Battle with Snowmen in the Battlefield area. If you have an Ice Amulet, you can Summon your Snow Imp and wish him a Merry Christmas. You can get some funny conversations if you talk to the people around the Banquet tables. Catch Sparkles and play "Guess a number" with it. You may find Snowmen wandering around Runescape. Only source I have of drops from the Snowmen is someone from the RSOF saying they drop snowballs.

I think Christmas Events are my new favorite in RS at least. :P The graphics throughout the event were awesome and I got in a really christmasy mood by doing the event. Sparkles is my new favorite pet as well, if not only because his hat matches mine. Told him he should keep it and not give it back. Loved every bit. Good'un Jagex. :thumbsup:

Yes except messing with the client is technically illegal, and at the very least against Jagex rules. Also that is only partially correct, some places that have pretty static coordinates have turned out to be PA's Um, pressing opening the dev console is illegal now? You just press a key on your keyboard and put in getcampos... You can do that on a regular account? must be new, last I knew coordinates were Jmod only which could only be unlocked on special clients It seems to be not overly old, even though I didn't know about it until recently. I was told it was used as numbers you could send with bug reports to "show" Jagex the area of a bug. Can be done on all accounts.

I already have membership until march from all the other promotional items. This'll put me all the way to September. I'm positive by that time they'll have released a promo item for Easter, Summer and possibly something else random.

Area of the Goblin Village Kitchen after you help the Goblin Chef out in Recipe for Disaster.

Problem at the moment however is it's sometimes possible to click through the chat box, making you run to whatever spot is under the chat area. This in turn breaks the conversation and also makes you have to go through all the chat again. Space/numbers won't have that problem.
