Well, in Belgium we do celebrate Carnaval these days, altough it does differ a lot from the Brazilian Carnival. Ours has parades mostly for kids, and in Aalst there is the famous Aalst Carnaval, 4 days full of beer, parades with political mockery, travesty parties (the Voil Jeanetten) and more odd stuff. :P

Guys, I'm drowning in lava! Also, has anyone gotten the hat from Diango? :s I feel trolled.

There it goes, since the effigies came out, I kept every one I've gotten from Slayer etc, I never intentionally searched after them, they were a nice bonus. And now, I can't build my collection any further, my precious collection of about 70 effigies. :s Guess I'll dump them on a skill requiring a lot of money. :s I don't like this at all, I already completely forgot the Tzhaar update thanks to this.

I wonder if NPC names are also prohibited by some extent, as when I see a new NPC ingame or in the lore, I try his/her name out and most of the time it's impossible to take. :s

Unless you were stuck with a name you've chosen more than 8 years ago AND has a number in it because the name you wanted is taken. It was such a relief to get rid of my old name, plus it's extra security, almost no one knows my original and thus login name. :D

From all the droplogs I've seen, I'd say 1/15 chance of getting one, but it takes long to get gold keys. :/ Did it a whole week and only gotten a few gold keys, without a kit. And now I can't do it because otherwise I level 99 firemaking, which would ruin my levelparty. :c Your picture inspired me to go try to complete my set again. I'm so glad I did. :) Pictured in my inv is my loot from 14 keys which I got from only 500 remains after spending 10s of millions getting the top and legs I'm wearing a while back. *I took the hat out of my bank just incase I did happen to get another kit. Did not expect to get another and an extra lol. **I think there might really be something to having 85 Crafting before looting. It took forever to get my very first kit a while back but then I got the second with much less effort when I potted back then. EDIT (Skull was also an "extra", have both lava and steam now ;)) No way! :o Might be getting 85 crafting then... Want that set so badly. :P

I'd be more happy if they allowed longer names, almost every name I think of is about 15 characters. :s

To Gago: Tinderbox in the toolbelt does work, been burning 1100 corpses yesterday and it recuired no tinderbox in my inventory. :P Got about 6m in loot, but no screen of it, so here a pic of me getting 95 woodcutting:

Guys, the cape Ozan is wearing in the teaser trailer is the same one he carries ingame, so we don't have any clue yet how the lava cape will look like. :c

Don't forget it combines all the effects of the other capes! :D But it's indeed cool if there was some kind of effect which aided in every skill when wearing the cape.

I don't get why there should be a cape specially for that, we have more than enough capes in this game, so why give a cape to a group of people who limits itself on combat solely?

Task system > options > tutorial mode on Be warned to complete the tutorial you do have to get a burthorpe slayer task & complete 3 quests (druidic ritual, death plateau and the new one; though it does suggest doing wolf whistle in one of the pauses) And for no explicable reason tutorial takes you on a nice lap of all the tutors but completely ignores construction, dg and rc despite having tasks for them (build a room, build furniture, buy wicked hood, tele via kinship, form aprty, do a floor) Thank you, already tried it, but the tutorial starts without the cutscene of the Troll, I'm kinda sad about it, really wanted to see it. :s

Is there a way to restart the tutorial? Because when I went through the gate north of Falador, I got the popup about the tutorial, but because I was examining stuff I accidentely clicked to not do the tutorial, and now I seem to miss out a whole story and stuff. :s

I must be getting blind, I don't see an effigy on that screen. :s About the river: have a look at this media picture: In the distance, you can still see something that could be a house or a wall.

I doubt the ones at sorceress garden are no lifers or sweatshop workers. :s

I'm not that fussed about the pay rise, what does bother me is that they claim that 2011 had great updates and are always dragging Clan Citadels into it. Who the hell uses his citadel, like seriously? Overall, the quality of the updates was subpar and don't get me started on the loyalty stuff...

While the amount of lag increased a lot, I also experience a lot of whitescreens and game disconnections, just while doing something repetitive as chopping ivy. :s

Well, I find it odd that with RuneTek5 they didn't streamline a lot of the code of the menus etc, as one of the main reasons of RuneTek5 was to stabilize the game, because a lot of code was very outdated and not in touch with the standards that were found in recenter work.

It was on the same day as HD, together with Al Kharid and Lumbridge. Falador was only once updated (and I think the first to get updated), from the normal gray bricks (which was funny, because back then it was already called the white city) to what we have now, although those newly added ruins at the north gate may be an indication that we'll get a graphics change in Falador soon. But indeed, consistency is one of the concepts Jagex is also not capable of. Not only graphics wise, but take a look at all the different interfaces within the game. Almost every project gets an interface which is solely build up from the grounds for only that project.

Why does everyone always say that Ardougne was never updated? :s I view today Ardougne still as a newly updated area. The old Ardougne had the old bricks that were used everywhere, except the wall around West Ardougne, which had triangles on its walls which represented barbwire-like stuff.
