Recently I've been wanting some effigies to try and boost my farming gains, so I was wondering which monsters would be best to kill to get them? I know they're randomly dropped so no monster will drop them more often, but where does it seem easier to get one?

Gold/addy north of Keldagrim is good or the gold from the "Between a rock" quest, you can bank it with ring of charos quickly with the boatman.

If I use the void setup, and don't have ranger boots, would it be better to use dragon boots or snakeskin?

I could solo 2-3 with <85 range and about 90 defence and under 80 mage so I'd say you could solo at least 5.

Should be this because they're a 100% drop before you give them to him (I think). They're not a 100% drop Oh well, extremely common. I remember on fire giant tasks there'd be heaps of their special bones on the ground.

I have done my fair share of aviansies, and i really dont find them all that enjoyable Although you originally didn't ask about banshees being enjoyable.
