30-40k doesn't sound too bad for gold charms, but I'm afraid to ask how many that was :lol: Barker toads - the secondary material, is it easy to buy? Money really isn't an objective.

After hitting like level 70 summoning or so, I've crafted dust devil, bunyip (now granite lobsters), and spirit kyatt pouches. Since 52, I've used gold charms for spirit terrorbirds, but when I make more pouches with them now, the experience is so low I don't think it's even worth making anymore. I've looked into other gold charm pouches, but none seem too interesting to keep or sell off. So is it worth now to make spirit terrorbird pouches myself while keeping the charms, or would it just be easier to trash the charms and forget about it altogether?

Yes it is. Getting the extra point from prayer potions, blessing graves, but most importantly the piety part is the best. It is well worth it.

Switch to Duradel ! You'll need guthans for most of his tasks, like fire giants or nechryaels, or whatever monster that doesn't really require extra gear. Sumona's tasks are good for preparing you for Duradel :P

I acidentally drank about 6 doses of zammy brew before because I was too lazy to recharge at an altar, and noticed that my Def was still destroyed when I first started slaying them, and I'm actually hardly taking damage with a bunyip. I guess it's just tank armor from here then, thanks for the advice :thumbsup: Oh and as for my stats ... /pointstosig

My first time getting them as a slayer task ... what armor setup should I use? As of now, I'm thinking defender, slayer helm, karil's top, dragon skirt, barrow gloves, glory, dragon boots and skillcape.

Maybe you'll want to get 90 strength and 90 attack first, it can really speed up the process :thumbup:

That's what I think this new year is :? On-topic: I've had cases where I wished I was able to choose the items lost on death ... last time I died with 10m in chaos tunnels, I lost full guthans (back when it was 7m) and a sara plate, while keeping a dragon plateskirt, a whip, and some junk I don't remember today. Unfortunately we can't choose the items, but it gives some items the price tags they have today. Who knows? Maybe that extra 1m on gs's or other rares..

I set them within a radii of 3 squares.

Yew logs = 445 Yew Longbow (u) = 438 Not too shabby if you don't like to string. I strung my way to 99 fletch tho :D
