FOr the herblore, if you can't buy the herbs or unfinished pots, camp heavy herb-droppers, which should also help on the cost. As for the farming, all you need are a couple of trees/fruit trees and you'll be on your way :P

I've always thought about that, but with the new quest, do you still think it's worthless? Looking at the quest req's - mostly mourning's end pt 2, one of my last 3 req's, is already a killer to get.

If you want to make yourself live longer, train defense as well as ranged for the HP experience. Remember that 1/4 your damage goes to your HP xp, so the higher that is, the longer you'll stay!

Trees/Fruit Trees are best then. However if you don't feel bothered to train it, don't..

I'm using a stole, trimmed mage cape and lumby ring. That's why I'm maximising attack by using zammy brews.

When I was f2p I trained range with mith arrows, full d'hide with coif, and maple short at lesser demons. You can profit however by ranging cockroach soldiers (wear rune full helm, rune legs, d'hide body, d'hide chaps, and a bow) or ankous with the full d'hide set. Meleeing the same monsters above are good money. To maximise profits and extend the time you stay in the areas, use tunas.

Yeah I do, not smart, but yeah... How about taking PKing mini-games while you're bored? like CW or something?
