Running speed is everything. When i'm mem I ALWAYS RUN. I keep a strange fruit, spottier cape, lightness boots, terrorbird + scrolls, and a lumbridge ring almost everywhere.

agree. You'll only waste your deaths if you don't use them with a slayer staff or ancients ... or PK.

Barbarian post till lvl 50s, then wildy course. That's what I did till 70. #-o may not be the best way..

I'm pretty sure you'd only be able to do that with non-pure ess..

Agility. I don't know how you got most of your stats without high agility..

Mining -> I never did mining much since I HATE the skill, but Granite all the way. Wood Cutting -> Willows near Barbarian Outpost Agility -> THIS SKILL IS THE MOST PROFITABLE !! I did 50-70 all through the wilderness course. This is a good idea when you can use a bull ant/terrorbird. Otherwise, if you don't plan on getting your summoning up, train it at the ape atoll course. I can't say much for thieving, as I don't like the skill enough to say anything anyway :wall:

Mining is almost never worth it unless you mine rune essences. Cutting yews is the best way to go.

It's worse than that; I'd say the primary cause of market crash to be kids going back to school and selling off every item they have. That's how I lost 3m on guthans since december. =D>

Assuming sgs is 42~48m, guthans is 4.5~5.5m, dfs is 13~17m, and you have 30m cash, I'll say this.. If you're using a dfs with whatever armor you're wearing while using guthans for healing it won't be much for sgs, since it's a 2h weapon anyway. Trash this first ... but you might want to check how the GE's doing with it since the massive drop in late August. As for guthans, saradomin gs's spec recovers very high amounts of hp and prayer assuming you have good stats to begin with; You'll have to do trial + error with yoru armors plus a borrowed sgs to see how fast you can heal HP with spec (and prayer, if necessary), and to see how many times you can do so in an allocated time; in other words, can you heal at about the same rate that you get hit? In this case you might have to up certain armors, IE barrows legs against dragon legs and fury vs glory. So if you sell both and all the stuff you have in that trade window there, you'll have well over the amount for an sgs. The rest is based on a personal prefrence.

Unless you want to mix it with the Fighter Boots from the other safety stronghold, they're useless. When I was f2p, I've used green d'hide vambs -> rune gauntlets, but never the gloves.

I had around 2 pages in my zammy book when pages sold in GE. Guthix book works better for me, especially with ranger boots >:)

Or, you can use Fire Bolt on Lesser Demons, via the Safe Spot. You virtually never get hit, and the seem to be prone to that attack. It might cost more than using it at Fist of Guthix, but you are going to get more Experience this way. You will hit often ... lessers have low magic defense. Unless you're casting in armor, they'll never hit. If you plan to bounce spells for xp, then cast curse; use an earth staff + body + water runes. Wear full rune and cast it on any monster in any multi area.

When you cast spellbook swap, is there like an option where you choose what type of book you want to switch to (ancients, normal)?
