I never saw someone lvl 19 with a rune plate, cuz you'd be wasting your time getting skills to defeat the dragon and raising your combat as well. Forget dragon slayer, when you feel like it, get 60 def for dragon.

Very possible Use the 15% def prayer and eliminate the lvl 92's fast, and then the 360s and whatever's left. prayer is your best friend here =D>

I personally like wildy course better because you can use a terrorbird there. Use the mm course if you're tired of revs.

You can fight ankous for battlestaves drops, but I don't know about how many you'd get per run.

Use FOG as a last resort, because even some players run to lowbies even if they say they're trianing.

YOu have a max limit of 60k (once you have 270 quest points) and can only stake that much freely at a time. In f2p this is 10k assuming all quests are finished. YOuc an still junk-stake, but I never heard of that actually working for PKers.
