  1. Sell, sell, sell. May as well make a profit now, and buy them back later. I recently sold my Zammy page (4) for 809k, and a Guthix page (forget which) for around 164K. Munies pl0x.
  2. I'll try to find something on this, and add it in as an Edit. But I know there's truth in it. (Perhaps not in the amount, though. I doubt life could be sustained for very long on just one beat a minute...) Some Buddhist monks have been known to do this during meditation. (I think... please don't hold me to it until I bring in some sources.) I'll do some digging! Edit: Harvard Gazette: Meditation Changes Temperature That's all I've found so far... interesting read, though.
  3. Muse "Apocalypse Please" "Butterflies and Hurricanes" "Hysteria" "Time Is Running Out" (...I like Muse.)
  4. Although it is obviously fictionalized, I suggest watching the film The Machinist (2004. Rated R.), starring Christian Bale. Bale's character hasn't slept in over a year. It's a pretty cool film.
  5. I think they do, did you hear about the Priests in Ireland a few months ago, the way they has sex with alter boys? They were gay and there either dead(for w/e reason) or still a priest(I think) or forced to step down because of what they done. I'm not 100% sure one this issue though but I do know the priests were gay (at least to little boys anyway) I'm pretty sure these priests were no doubt all excommunicated... - - - And I think it would be best if we didn't start throwing the words "homosexual" and "pedophile" together in the same topic...
  6. Exactly, many people wont even hold a view of their own, they'll take their churches stance on it yet most don't even know from what area of the Bible the church builds that stance. Ignorance at it's greatest. Taking the churches stance on it because they're scared of "Hell". Fear and Ignorance combined. Yeah. It really just helps if you're not religious at all :twss:.
  7. I think the vast majority of people would disagree with you here. I think it's silly to let other people tell you what is good or what is bad, and to buy into it and just trust their word on it. There is nothing wrong or "weak" about having someone tell me, "Don't watch that movie/show, it's bad." I'm open to other people's opinions. I'm just not going to take their word as fact, and I'm going to try it out for myself, and see how I like it. But listening to people's suggestions about things isn't a sign of weakness... And I didn't know there was any "rule" along those lines. But it seems kind of silly to enforce the rules for everything with the exception of a few video games. With that logic, you could apply it to everything... "Don't let other people tell you anime is good. Anime is bad. Well, except for this one, and this one, and this one..."
  8. =D> - - - A lot of people's negative judgments and comments are just due to their ignorance, and their own fears.
  9. Spiffy Seasame Street avatar, by the way. To each his own. Well, logic would tell us that it's based off of the movie, since the movie was just a continuation of the anime series. I honestly don't know any of the finer details yet. I guess anticipation will just make it that much sweeter. --- But in all honesty, I don't know exactly why I think this anime is so cool. I think a majority of the viewers were first hooked on the manga series, and then started watching the anime when it came out. The storyline of the series is really cool, I think. Now, I'm really not that into manga or anime. So I'm not sure if it compares to the complexity of some of the other storylines. But yeah... the whole idea is of alchemy is just appealing to me. I can't explain it ~.~ I'm just obsessed..
  10. Tarromin tar.
  11. I don't think there are words to explain its spiffiness...
  12. Work on your lowest skill. Play a mini-game (SC  )
  13. You can only have one pet at a time :/
  14. What does your actual clue say? Is it a map? Coordinates?
  15. Hm... I must have fallen asleep during that part of the class! Last I remember, my Family Health teacher taught us how to have safe sex, and didn't teach us how to not get each other pregnant. She never once told us that it was wrong to be pregnant, or to get someone pregnant. In fact, the last half of the entire course was devoted to Child Development - we all had to split into pairs, have fake marriages, have kids, and then proceed to learn all about caring for our children - what to feed them, how they developed, how to begin helping them in learning, what activities promoted brain development, etc. This is far from teaching students how to not get pregnant. Besides, I don't think a science teacher really qualifies as a Sex-Ed teacher. After all, I could have asked my English teacher a question about math, but I wouldn't really depend on him to give me sound mathmatical advice... I digress... - - - As far as the OT goes, I don't really recall anything "weird" happening at my schools. We did have a cool Milli Vanilli my freshman year, and all of the teachers dressed up as Nuns and danced around in the gym.
  16. I think you should be ok. I think Jagex only monitors accounts if there's an excessive change in IP addresses. If you log in one or two times from a different, oversea's IP address, I don't think it'll set off any alarms. Whenever I would vacation in a different state, I would log on to check out my character, and I never had any problems with Jagex thinking I was hacked.
  17. Support. RSN: Serpent_Eye. --- When I first started playing the game back in F2P, Cooking was my favorite skill... it's nice to see that people still care for it. There are so many advances they could add to the Cooking skill! With the introduction of the new, Eastern-flavored hairstyles, it looks as if Jagex is going to eventually add an Asian-inspired culture into the game (just me speculating.) With this, perhaps they'll add items such as roe, calamari (new Fishing addition?), and maybe even Sushi.

  19. This topic is... offensive, at best. I find no discussion value in it. Save your judgements for yourselves.
  20. :twss: Lykeomgyay! Also, there's an official website up for the new series, found here, that offers a quick (really quick) teaser trailer - unfortunently, it's in Japanese... so... ...but still. :twss: :twss: :twss:
  21. Ah - I failed to fully read the title. My friend bought hers for 19M yesterday.
