I want to start semi-dieting, but I always go back to fatty foods, and eat a lot. I seem to keep going back, how can I motivate myself? I already drink water, and haven't had a pop in 6 months. We go out to eat once a week, and I LOVE chicken strips, can I still eat them in moderation? I jsut don't really know how to motivate myself. I'm pretty healthy but I have slight fat on my stomach, and I jsut want to lose that.
