I can see why people would be worried but there is a VERY tiny percentage of people who would actually do that. To be honest I don't think that more than a handful of people would do it so there's no point raising ZOMGZORS over it.

I've gone all morning without wishing my mum a happy mothers day or any of that. I told her I can't afford a present (I have £2 to my name) and that I don't believe in all this crap anyway. I didn't get her anything last year either. I can't get her what she wants anyway. Financial security and a husband who knows how to save money and not go out to the pub every day.

Period pains probably :( They're like really horrible and someone is tearing your lower half off. Other than that probably just walking into stuff or that thing where you open a door and accidentally just [bleep] your arm off with the door handle. Ooh, what books/poets are you studying? Today mi amigos, I woke up with only 15 minutes to get ready. Spent the better part of my lessons with a pen in hand, pretending to do work. Also... it's sunny in England! Barbeque-worthy weather. We're doing The curious incident of the dog in the night-time, The Great Gatsby, Robert Browning and... ermm... I can't remember the other poet. What?! You're doing that book? That's so unfair... Well, that's if you're doing OCR. TODAY I had my driving lesson and conquered the roundabout. The weather is awesome again! So we're having a barbeque at my girlfriend's house which is going to be awkward. Lol I remember doing Carol Ann Duffy at GCSE. I thought her poems were pretty good but I get what you mean. My GCSE english teacher told us she was a feminist lesbian and we were just like lulz... lesbian :D :roll: Now you mention Tess of the D'Urbervilles though, my English teacher mentioned it a while back when we were doing coursework. Thinking about it that might be the missing thing :? Its AQA I'm doing though. Oh. So today I spent about 20 mins watching a bunch of pre-teen lads from my window with my little brother and his friend because they kept running into our garden. Little gits. So they came in and I shouted '[bleep] off little [bleep] heads or I'll call the police.' then they just returned to across the road and eventually left. Grrr. I have 17 pages of ICT notes to copy up three times. Handwritten. :wall: I'm sure I'll be forced into some other sort of revision and or homework by all my other lessons. Much awesomer though is my Birthday! It's on the 6th so it's during the holiday. I'm planning to just get all my mates (well, the few) and take a trip into Manchester or the Trafford Centre. I'm leaning towards the TC since it has an arcade (with DDR) . Other than that I'll probably do a little shopping then the rest of my time during the holidays will be on the computer : .

I can't remember the other poet. The weather IS freakishly sunny :? Oh and today my ICT teacher gave us 17 pages of notes she wants copied out by hand... THREE TIMES over the easter holiday. And she gave us all a revision plan we're forced to fill in. I don't even revise nevermind use a plan!

Yes, I'm sure that's exactly what they're doing. This is an upgrade year therefore there will be more upgrading rather than new content. Why does everyone have the want to have new high level massive content out every single week? And even then they're not happy with it >.< We have LOTS of content as it is and Jagex are just trying to sort out all the things people have been whining about for the last... forever. They shouldn't be forced to put out content on a strict shedule, it makes bad and buggy updates. That's why they got rid of the BTS because it putting too put pressure on. Even when the BTS is gone it STILL seems like people are demanding content to be out on time, only now they have no clue about what and when it's supposed to come out.

Yes, it's their game genius, of course they can update whenever the hell they feel like it. We are not saying that they CAN'T update whenever they feel like it. We are saying that we don't like the terrible and infrequent updates, and the fact that they are going to be coming out more sporadically is disheartening for many high level players. I've soloed the bosses in this game, I've done the quests, I've gotten all the drops, I've killed the KB, I've played the minigames, I've done so many TTrails that I have gotten 3rd age items, I've gotten most skills to nearly their highest "useful" level. The game is great but honestly, what I pay 5 bucks a month for is a continued assurance that there will be reliable NEW content that my membership fee paid to develop. What have I paid for in the past month? A couple interface updates, an update to route-finding (both of these do not introduce any new CONTENT), and the fabled 150th quest which gave us no content that was going to be permanently used in the game at high levels, which means the only content my membership got me was a 90 minute quest to wrap up a storyline that I find boring. Also, I find out that I was SUPPOSED to recieve a truly great quest for the 150th, but the development team couldn't seem to get it right and they were forced to replace our 150th quest with a beginner level quest, or else they would go yet another week with no update. They WANTED to release a huge quest for the 150th, but they COULDN'T. This is not the first time that the Jagex team just could not accomplish what they intended to do. In fact, I would guess that it is about the 50th time, if we count all the planned updates they shared with us which they abandoned, and all the updates that came out but were buggy, abused, or otherwise not used in the way that they thought it was going to be. This just gives me the feeling that the devs over at HQ just do not know what they are doing. They dont know how long their content is going to take, they don't know how to make it bug-free. These are reasons for concern when you are somebody who relies on devs to supply interesting content each month. Awhile back they said theyd release a "headliner update" like a big mini game or big new quest every month. Everyone was thrilled at the idea. Then they realized they couldn't do it. I do get what you mean and I can see how it's frustrating without new good content coming out as regularly, but since we've not been with the new CEO long and they've really just started this new way of putting out updates it's different to them too so it might take a while for them to get used to it. Also a quest is a quest, sure you didn't get the massive bonanza of a Grandmaster quest. But what's better, waiting a little longer to have that quest a little better and bug free? Or having a quest put out too early because it's been pressured by a BTS. From what I've heard it's a decent quest with a good storyline and okay rewards. Every quest can't keep topping the last one, there HAS to be content that caters to other people than the top for quests as well as skills and that. If Jagex made each quest harder and harder as some people seem to want then we'll end up with all 99 requirements next.

Fair enough for you, but thats a small percentage of the Runescape population and even when you've done all that there ARE still things you can do. Because this is a bad thing? Since P2P can't use content they make for F2P right? So something can't be fun and have a story too? This is an MMORPG, Role play. Role play usually involves some story if you like it or not.

Everyone tbh :P I spend strangely large amounts of time there deciding what to do next. I always end up at the GE about 10 times a day.

I just got home and it's 2:25 in the afternoon. My dad, his mate and some woman I don't know are sat in the living room listening to music and drinking alcohol. He said they're gonna have a drink in the house tonight. TONIGHT. Since when was half 2 in the afternoon NIGHT TIME?!?! -.- Otherwise an okay day. We tried playing a DVD in English Lit today but the computer failed up then we moved to another room and the volume wouldn't work. :wall: I tried everything to help fix it but we ended up doing written work instead :( .

Niiiiiice. =P~ I suppose if you live there you don't get all touristy and go in the arcades all the time. :lol:
