  1. ya that would be the fastest way to get to 50, but like i said before a lvl 3 will have a VERY hard time getting the gloves...the imes you could spend runecrafting would be more xp then the gloves give That is probably true #-o Even if you lost every FoG match, it'd take ages so it wouldn't be worh it :(
  2. Awesome thanks. I'll do emerald and maybe sapphire bracelets then. Thanks
  3. earth runes & earth gloves = best exp you can get imo It's how I got up to level 50
  4. I need to get my Crafting level up to 61 and it's currently 49, what would be the best method for me to do so? I don't mind too much about cost, faster is probably better, but if you could tell me if the method would be expensive then that would be a big help. I need to strike a good balance between cost and efficiency since I spent most of my money on Construction  .

    I like that name.
  6. I'm sure a couch could kill you. One of the springs stabs into you? You also need to use the toilet to live : .

I've got a similar-ish situation myself. The best thing in my opinion is to let your mum tell her if she wants. You don't want to tell him, it would cause arguments I think or at least unrest. It's better to just let it be, if your mum really wants to leave she won't just pack up and go (then again I wouldn't know), but it's better to let her handle it in her own time and let them both come to the right decision.
  9. People can't distinguish the difference between noobs and low levels now. The OP was talking about lower levels moreso than noobs who go OMFG GIV ME UR STUFF. Obviously you're going to hate those sorts of people, it's the sort of people who'll scoff becuase 'lol nub lvl 50' that do my head in. And in Runescape: Asking question = Noob... apparently.
  10. I'm not really sure. I think generating money makes it appealing, otherwise nobody would train say... Runecrafting. If it's combat related it seems to be more popular too. If it's easy it's more used by lower levels but if it's harder then it's more respected by the higher levels. I think a balance between ease and difficulty needs to be gotten really. Summoning I think balances it quite well. It's simple to do, but it's still difficult to level.
  11. When taken out of context yes. But that mean callin a friend a noob the same thing? or when gratzing someone using the word 'noob' in it? No. It isn't the same thing, but we're talking more about why people are mean to lower levels, the term noob just comes up a lot. Unfortunately. -.- The term noob is USUALLY used to insult someone, not always.
  12. ily Jard for this topic I totally agree. I'm sort of getting there on my combat level now. I'm not the newb I used to be, you could say really, but I'm still at the level that gets their [wagon] pwned in combat minigames. I really hate the word noob, I really do. Lower level =/= noob. It really frustrates me how condecending some players can be. Just because you have a higher level doesn't mean you're any better or any less human than the person you're insulting. Some people act nooby and insulting because they just don't know any better really, they're teenage boys who come from crappy state schools and listen to gangsta wannabe music (Listen 2 ma lingzo, I'm down with the kids ;) ). But seriously, they just don't know any better. I have a 14 year old friend who plays, he doesn't understand that spamming 'borrowin gs' or whatever is annoying, because it's just what other people do. If someone says 'OMG! I just got like 100k' don't insult them because they're not as l33t as you or whatever -.- Whenever I make long posts they don't really make much sense outside my mind. #-o

I just wrote out a LONG and detailed internet history of myself on the Tipitopia wiki :? It's taken me like... an hour or something. :? #-o
  14. I can't say there's something that specifically catches my eye besides dragon pic maybe, otherwise just some fairly interesting questions answered. Vague, but if they were too specific then you'd get people whining when they didn't do EXACTLY as they said.
  15. Younger your are, less likely you can pay. Anyway, I view it as a good idea for another reason: more money for jagex = exponentially more updates for us. There's so many people devoted to CS compared to updates that an increase in money and decrease in subscriber base would give them a huge jump in revenue for updates\bug testing. Or maybe it would just weed out all us poorer players? I'm sure middle class folks would like that though.

I like the idea for the game Unleashing Paint now.
  17. Interesting people write blogs, that people actually read. I have started and given up on many blogs ect, I'm not interesting enough to gain an audience or perserverant (lol is that even a word? :? ) to keep it going for more than a month or so. I mainly use blogs to just keep me informed. I read LittleKuriboh's LiveJournal, a few blogs from YouTubers and that's about it *shrugs* Company sponsored blogs = go die corporate sellout
  18. I agree that this was small. But it's still useful so quit whining people and just wait for a week. It's only 7 days before you have another update to complain about -.- . I'm thinking that if they're not putting much out now, then they're working on more important bigger things, quest 150 for example :P
  19. Spyro the Dragon Tony Hawks series (up to American Failand #-o ) Prince of Persia: The sands of time Rayman Pokemon Crystal
  20. Damn straight. Worst song ever by Konami, the steps don't even match the beat, and it's too hard to be done by a human leg. Seriously, this song is fail. Jesus. #-o
  21. Since when did people do that? Maybe 5 years ago... but still now? :?
  22. The first iteration of the worm told people that the user had found their picture on a random website and you want to click it to know where your picture is being posted. Yea that was going around on Bebo for a while as well. Bebo spam is the worst. I get mails from some 'hot chinese looking for love' #-o
  23. Please remove that link. Its bad enough linking to one in the first place, but one that is classed as malware and doesnt allow you to close it, GTFO. I actually found it pretty hilarious actually XD
  24. I LOVE THAT! That way Jagex earns cash and we get back! Jagex should do this!   It would have to work that if you were online and it crossed 12pm GMT (assumingly that time zone) it would count as the next day or you would get people keeping their accounts logged in indefinately. It would be interesting to see if Jagex would consider that sort of business model though. I've found it very useful. I can just stop playing and then go back months later and still have the same amount of credit I left with.
  25. I do think that although prices are very cheap for what they are, some people myself included, are even having to question if we can afford this. I don't think that you should literally be paying for 30 days since thats a bit farfetched. But I've been on an MMORPG where you would buy 30 days credit and it would work off every DAY you logged in. I could play for 4 hours one day and it would count as a day off my credit, or I could play for 3 minutes and it would count as a day too. So if I didn't play for a week, I'd still have the amount of credit I had left the last time I played. Just throwing that idea out.
