I found out that the reason my internet best friend has been ignoring me is because her boyfriend convinced her that I was attention seeking, narccissistic (sp? I cba looking it up) and using her. She said she doesn't believe him now but she thinks I'm too attention seeking and that I'm too needy. I say it's because she's one of the only close friends I have, she says it's my own fault for pushing all our other friends away. She's probably right... *sigh* I really hate paranoia. :wall: :wall: :wall:

For once I am glad I wasn't on Runescape (albeit due to illness) until late because I would have hated to get caught up in this :? I would have been okay though probably since I usually stay out of dangerous PvP areas, I could have gotten pwned by a monster though... What's with all the bugs that are happening recently anyways? First the penguins and then this... I feel sorry for Jagex because it gives them a whole lot more work to do.

It really pisses me off when people think that there should be more high level content just because THEY have high levels. Good high level content in it'self isn't that bad, it gives people something to work towards, but there has to be a point where it just gets stupid to FORCE people into grinding skills to higher levels just because the people already at the top think that they should because they did. Mid level content should be more released than your elite high level content, because it will appeal more to the general Runescape population. And just because it's lower level content, does that stop high levels from using it? If you say 'OMG I couldn't do that it's for noobs' then you should seriously realise how [developmentally delayed]ed you are, or go get a life preferably.

I can see why it'd be good to have it somewhere more deserted... but maybe from another view they wouldn't want the game to suffer because people won't travel to it. Especially since it seems a lot of work has gone into it, they would probably hate for it to end up with nobody playing. #-o Somewhere like Rimmington would be good though since it's not too far out of the way...

I have trust issues and narcissistic tendancies. I am disliked by most people in my college. If not disliked then just ignored. I get carried away very easily, leading me to ruthlessly attempt to attack Harry Potter websites for no other reason than I'm paranoid that they're either a) looking down on me, B) secretly hating me or c) plotting against me in some way. I love my parents but I don't like them either. Sometimes I really hate my dad (step really, but might as well be biological), I feel like he's destroying the family by staying in the pub too much, making my mum cry, threatening to kill himself... but I hate myself for hating him (and sometimes being scared of him) because he might have cancer... Sometimes I can convince myself that I don't need people, but sometimes I just wish someone would actually love me. My 14 year old friend has gotten further with a lad than me. I'm almost 17. The only time I've ever kissed a boy is playing spin the bottle.

Their defense against unrelated RWT (RWT not tied to macro-ing or gold farming industries) is a rule that prohibits people from spreading website names and reiterating the same, ancient warning of "don't visit any websites" or whatnot. Guess what? Had I followed that, I would never have found Tip.It or RuneHQ. These warnings have been proven time and time again to be nearly worthless. Whilst, their defense against RWT that's causing harm to their game is to make massive game changes limiting the play style of all current players. You have an interesting definition of "lot of resources." Jagex willingly allows Runescape to coexist with Junk Trading, BH Trading, Dragonstone Trading, etc. They put little to no effort in preventing horribly miss-priced goods, as shown by the Corr. Morrigan's Javelins transfer method, or the Dragon Claws, or the Dragon Plate. They do little to rectify the situation on items that have long since existed as an RWT / trade limit bypass, Divine and Elysian Spirit Shields and 3a gear. While Runescape isn't truly as bad as the article portrays it, the article isn't that far off. Jagex could do a lot more about these situations, but they choose not to. Besides, the whole "making Runescape look bad" is already done by WoW. Better graphics, and many, many more subscribers describe the fee being thrice Runescape's. Most popular MMO in the world. And keeping that in mind, do you really think any media source would care enough to follow up on an article considering how few people would read it? If you think you can code one of the worlds biggest MMORPGs yourself and manage to keep RWT away with some amazingly clever way that only you know then go ahead. If they could do a lot more then why not tell us exactly what they could do? Don't [bleep] on Jagex though. They're not perfect and they can't do everything. They'll get around to fixing your GE prices sometime.

At first I thought it would be a bad idea. But when you really think about it, it wouldn't make that much difference. If you had the tokens already and bought them all on one go, how would it be any different to if you bought one pair, used them, bought another... ect. It would save a bit of time, but that bit of time is fairly negligble now so it wouldn't really matter even if they did make them stack...

When I first played I probably wouldn't have kept playing if I hadn't found the Tip.it guides. Even now I probably wouldn't play if I couldn't check everything up on Tip.it I have short goals that keep me going for a few days. Like earning a million for an abyssal whip or powering my way to 50 Runecrafting for days on end with no consideration for my own health :lol: At the moment I'm having quite a bit of fun with the Tif and Tet. I went to the event on Saturday and it's made me want to be able to slay my own KBD instead of needing 60 odd others to do it with :D. And the forsakenmage chat makes grinding more fun nowadays. Honestly though, what keeps me going is the fact that I'm paying for this damn game and if I'm paying for it then I better bloody well be making the most of it!

I bought a few up when I heard that just in case they did become rare. If they're getting rid then I'll sell tomorrow for a bit of a profit then :D

All were great articles. I don't have much to comment on PvM since I agree that it will be difficult for Jagex to come up with monsters that bounty-hungry players won't be able to figure out tactics to beat. Saradomin's Sun was epic. I'm eagerly awaiting the next part! :thumbsup: I was there for only 2 hours. I missed the dragon med drop since I lagged just as everybody left (this lead to me screaming angrily at my Younger brother for no real reason :P) and I had to make my own way there. I got teleblocked by a rev so I had to wait to use the lever >.< I really enjoyed it though! The dolls were purely epic! I didn't know what was going on at first XDXD I died on my way out of the KBD lair today since I didn't have the sense to leave before logging out last night so I lost the 2 hides that I got XD *pokes self* I had fun though :D

Most people can't really do those things. Runecrafting and Merching yeah, but GWD isn't just something a more low level player could do. It isn't amazingly profitable, but I spend sometime now and again picking up vials for herblore. Saves buying them and they're practically everywhere and it's usually somewhat amusing. If I really wanted to make money then I'd woodcut or RC but if I want some money and have a bit of fun too then PVP worlds are quite good for that.

I don't remember much about last night's dream but I think it had something to do with penguin spotting and when I woke up I put my alarm on snooze and went back to sleep for longer 'to give the Runecrafters a chance' O_o
